The second fall had Yuri frustrated, the third and fourth had him raging, by the fifth he had enough and lay on the ice with a growl. Victor came into his field of vision, smiling down at him before helping him off the ice.

"You alright?" He asked and Yuri nodded, dusting off his backside as he headed for the boards, "Have you asked the girls for help?"

"They just told me to balance myself, but I'm so used to tucking my arms in," Yuri seethed, "So now I'm overthinking it."

"So...stop trying to add a step and go back a few," Victor said as he coasted by, Yuri growled and followed him. The ridiculous part of all of this was that Victor was usually right, his stupid logic behind all his smiles ground on all his nerves but he helped.

"What are you talking about?" Yuri muttered as Victor swung his hips and turned to face him.

"It's not about re-learning or unlearning, it's just learning, you're not doing a triple with raised arms, it's a raised armed triple, its new, not different, so start from the bottom and work up," Victor said "Stop trying to add a step to something you already know and learn the steps of something new instead."

"That makes no sense! It's the same jump but with my arms up, how is it any different?" Yuri snapped and Victor raised his brows at him,

"Have you landed it yet?" He grinned and put some more space between him and the feisty blond. Yuri screeched out some profanities as Victor stumbled, scrambling to face forwards again and was off with a cussing Yuri on his tail. Victor laughed as the younger man chased him, Yuri making a couple scathing remarks but nothing too hurtful as they passed around the rink. Georgie shouted at them to stop messing around while Mila cheered Yuri on from the side. They circled twice more before Victor had to stop and stretch his ankle and Yuri was out of breath, leaned over the boards as Lilia approached with Yakov.

"How are you doing on your jumps?" Yakov asked and Yuri hissed out that he was still falling on his face, "Start with singles and work your way up, it's a new technique, should come easier. Victor, what are your plans for France?"

"I'm meeting up with Yuuri and his sister, Chris and I are going to cause some trouble and I'm pretty sure Yuuri wants to talk with you about Yura here," Victor grinned as Yuri glared at him. He hated it when Victor was right, why couldn't he be straight forward like Yakov.

"Fine, don't do anything stupid," Yakov drawled and then went to give Georgie a scolding.

"I told you so," Victor grinned and shoved off the side before he got kicked by Yuri and his knife shoes, "Sometimes you need to slow down and take it easy."

"Like you?" Yuri asked.

"Victor, be good, Yuri, be nice," Lilia drawled at them both. She watched as they each made a face and Victor skated off, phone in hand as he entertained himself while she worked with Yuri.

Victor was looking at his socials, his Instagram was starting to get more traction. He had some sketchy looking DMs from people asking him to model their products. He had declined them for the time being, but he was wondering if he should accept offers if they come in. He coasted around the rink with his nose in his phone. He wondered if he should take being a model more seriously, he was tagging Yuuri in the posts with his clothes, but he wondered if he should search out other opportunities. Yuri was a private business owner, not some big corporation that was trying to get Victor's face on their ads. He wondered if he should reach out to make up and jewelry, see if he could get away from fast fashion.

He was so in the clouds that the shriek he made when Yuri snuck up behind him echoed off the walls. Yuri cackled, arms around his middle as he bent over laughing, poor Victor clutching his chest as he stopped seeing his life flash before his eyes.
