Today was the day Neji was supposed to come at Sakura's house for a playdate.

Sakura knew she had to act like her age. She couldn't let this lady find her weird because of her maturity
She went to Neji and hugged him with a squeal
"Neji-kun! You came, yay!"
She said like a cheerful child before looking at his mother
"Hello miss! Your so pretty! Your his mama, right? Welcome miss Tanaka."
The women softly chuckled,
"My my, aren't you a pretty little princess. Yes, I am his mom. Don't need to call me so formally, sweetie. You can call me keomi."
Sakura gave her a beaming smile
"Are your parents home?"
Before Sakura could reply jiraiya came
"Oh hello there. I am Sato jiraiya. Nice to meet you, miss."
He said with a closed eyed smile

Yesterday, Sakura threatened his life. Giving him a warning if he does any kind of stupid, perverty stuff, he will pay
She exactly said
"I will simply break every bone in your body and heal you at the same time. Repeat the process again and again till you you beg me to kill you, my dear lovely papa."
He really wasn't taking a chance like that. Because he knew, she would keep her promise.
"Hello, Sato-san. Thank you for agreeing to take care of Neji. I am grateful he made such a precious friend like your daughter. I will be taking my leave now."
They talked for a little longer before she went back to her work.
When everyone else went into the room Neji bowed at jiraiya
"It's a pleasure to see you again, jiraiya-sama. Thank you for agreeing to train me and take me as your student. I am grateful."
Jiraiya laughed wholeheartedly and said
"It's no big deal, young man. My Hime wanted this. your her friend. and a fellow Shinobi friend. All I want is for you two to be there for each other when it's necessary and needed. Protect each other and work with each other. That's all I want."
Both of the children nodded their heads smiling
It was truly a site to be hold

Then jiraiya gave Neji a different set of clothes so he doesn't have his clothes dirty while training.

After that there training began
Every weekend, jiraiya would train Neji and will give him work and practices to do on the other days of the week.
So both of the families also created a beautiful bond through time. They saw each other every weekend.
But Neji's parents didn't have any clue that he was coming here for training. They just thought he was going to hang out with his friend Sakura.
Both Neji and Sakura started to get stronger day by day. The physical training and meditation was making their mind and bodies stronger.

Now both Sakura and Neji are almost ten years old. They still trained regularly.

Life went on like this until one day Sakura came out of her shower and saw 15 missed calls from Neji

"Sakura, why didn't you pick up the damn calls?"
He wisperyelled as soon as he took the call
Sakura frowned her brows
'What's up with him today?'
She thought to herself
"I was in the shower, what is it Neji? It better be important if you called so many times."
He hummed and said in a quiet tone
"It looks like we aren't the only ones here."
Her eyes waiden
"Who did you find?"
She asked him in little overly excited voice
She was really excited to meet a nother of her old friend
"Why don't you came and see yourself? I will send you my location. I am not far from your house. So hurry up. At letters cafe."
