Day 3: Dusk

I can't describe how relieved I was to see the rising sun again, I really needed a morality boost. However, I doubt that it will be enough to keep me sane. I have decided that, because I don't know what the current state of my mental health is, I am going to stay off my ADHD medication for a while and just take my antidepressants.

I already feel calmer, but I am still very nervous. I know I need to find someone whom I can trust, but I don't know where to look. The only useful things that I found outside the commissary today were a pair of earplugs, some sports armor in the sporting goods store, a reinforced level IIIa concealable ballistic vest, an ILC Dover Integrated Ballistic Helmet, and an M45 gas mask on the skeleton of a dead soldier.

Because of the earplugs, I can now use my shotgun without damaging my hearing. But that wasn't the only thing that was interesting. I noticed something was off about some of the skeletons in the area. The people that died all seemed to have been trying to flee to one location. I ran out of time to track them, but I will investigate it tomorrow. I'll hold onto the loot that I found just in case I find someone else, and they need it.

Nothing else to note besides that. Maybe things will get better.
