Patrick's P.O.V

I walk into my room and my stuff is every where.
I look around to find that I have a roommate......
Yay!
Not!
I walk in and he says,"keep on your half and I'll try not to rip off your head!"
"I'm Patrick Ka-."
"I know who you are......" He says interrupting me
"You are.......?" I question
"Josh Hamilton." He replies
(I have nothing against Josh Hamilton he is a great guy and I'm sorry if you're a fan of him. I know he's not like this. You might ask why did you make him this way if you know he's not like that. I'm a baseball fan but obviously not as much as hockey and I don't really know much guys. I do love Josh Hamilton he's a great guy!)
We shake hands and continue doing our own stuff.
"What are you here for?" I ask while cleaning up my clothes
"Drugs and alcohol abuse." He says
He looks at me with a look that says "you?"
"Alcohol." I reply
"Well we have to live with each other for a month a least....." I tell Josh trying to start a conversation
"Yeah..... sorry about the mess." He chuckles
"It's ok." I tell him
"I can get mad pretty easy sometimes." Josh chuckles again
"I understand..... So how long are you here for?" I ask
"Two-three months.....you?" He sighs
"One-two months." I reply
"Your lucky.....it sucks I don't get to see my family and I've got three beautiful girls!" Josh tells me as he puts his head in his hands
I sit beside him on his bed and rest my hand on his shoulder.
"It's ok man..... you can get thought this......" I say
"Thanks man!" He replies
"To bad we caved into these decisions...." I say
"I know...... I guess being a athlete comes with its prices!" Josh tells me
"You got that right! Not being able to see your mom, dad, sisters brothers, girlfriend, wife, children, grandma, grandpa, aunts, uncles, cousins..... It kills me sometimes!" I say sitting down on my bed
"At least I know there's other people out there going through the same thing....." Josh says
"Yeah, I guess that's why your team becomes your family......they have your back." I reply
"You got that right. All the guys on my team are my brothers. Once you're on a team you've got brothers for life!" He tells me
"That's for sure. I can't imagine not having the hawks guys with me." I say looking at the floor
"Yeah, well I got to go to my therapist now. Good talk bro!" Josh says
We bro huge and then he leaves the room.
Josh is a good guy.
"To bad he got messed up in the drugs and alcohol." I tell myself
"Who am I kidding....? Look at me?!" I tell myself once again
"I'm just another washed up hockey player with a drinking problem.... nothing new." I say as I continue the conversation with myself
Hey guys here's a nother chapter. Kinda short but hopefully better than nothing. So Pat got a roommate named Josh Hamilton. Does anyone know who he is?
