It's been a week since Patrick's left and I'm missing him already.
No sparkling blue eyes to look in.
No curls to run my fingers through.
No scruffy beard for me to play with.
Oh how I want him back.
Patrick......
Patrick.......
I need my drug.
I need him.
But it's good for him to go to rehab.
He needs it.
It's worth being away from him because then we have all that time to get caught up on each others life's.
It's better to be away from your loved one for a little, then when you see them again you realize how much you love them.
It's just like if you never fought. You could never look forward to making up to the person. Also you would never realize that no ones perfect in your relationship and yes, you're going to mess up.
But that's life.
Yes your loved one is your best friend, soul mate, parent and so much more. But you need time away from them too. If you're with them all the time 24/7 everyday. You don't look forward to see your loved one at the end of the day.
It's not that I don't miss Patrick but its kinda nice to have a break away from him.
I snap out of my thoughts as my friend
Nikki walks in.
"Hey Autumn. What yeah thinking about?" She asks
"Patrick....." I mumble
"Girl get off your butt! Lets go to the club!" Nikki says
"Nikki, I don't know..... I don't even have anything to wear!" I tell her
"Well lets go shopping!" She says dragging me out the door

"Dang girl! You look good!" Nikki complements me as she looks at the black mid thigh length dress
"Nikki, I don't know.......... I don't want any-" I say as I was cut off
"Girl loosen up! Have fun! Relax!" She says in a soothing voice
So I buy the dress and leave.
'I don't know about this!' I think to myself.

"Nikki I need you to zip up my dress.!" I call out
"Ok be right there!" She calls out
She comes in with a dark blue dress that is mod thigh length.
I whistle at her and she rolls her eyes.
"Come on you don't think you look good?" I ask
"Nope." She replies
"Your a hot mama your self!" Nikki says
"Well I'm not looking for guys!" I say
"You are wearing that dress!" She says
"Uhhhh no!" I say back
"Yeah ok whatever........" Nikki says

We walk into the club and I already regret coming her.
As soon as I look around I know I'm going to be the sober one tonight.
That's ok with me. I don't like drinking myself. Its a waste of time and money.
I sit on this stool and look beside me to see Nikki gone.
I sigh and order a glass of water.
Some drunk guy stumbles over and starts talking to me. Or trying to anyway.
"You're Patwick Cans girlfriend friend." The man spits out
"Yup that's me, Patrick Kane's girlfriend friend." I say as I laugh at what the guy said
"I knew it! You know why? Cause you're pwetty!" The guy says once again
"Thank you......." I say
"So where's Patwick Can?" He asks
"He's not here.........." I tell him
"Where is he? Is he playing a game? Oh there's the hawks game!" The man says as he looks at a Football game
"No he's not playing. And sir you're watching a football game." I say
"Don't be silly with me!" The man says continuing to watch the football game thinking its the hawks game
"Go hawks!" I hear the man yell at the TV
I only sit there and shake my head.
'Wow.' I think to myself
"Hey butter cup..... that's a pretty short dress. Whats a girl like you doing here?" Another I'm assuming drunk guy asks me
"Well I'm here with my friend. And I have a boyfriend. And I'm not looking to hook up!" I tell him
"Home on babe I won't tell no body!" He says
"Ok let's go!" I tell him
He leads me to this room closes the door and starts to unbutton his shirt.
"I need to tell you something." I say walking closer to him
"Yeah babe?" He says grinning
"I'm not your babe!" I say slapping the guy
"And I'd never sleep with you!" I yell at the guy who's holding his face
"Idiot!" I say as I walk out of the room
