We finally left the casino in peace, after Wario and Waluigi left, the other goons took off with them so we didn't have any more disturbances while leaving the building. Tari and Meggy left to go to Saiko's, leaving me alone with Smg4.

"You... wanna sleepover today?" Smg4 smiled at me but I hadn't even comprehended the words that came out of his mouth, I was stuck spacing out, without control. "Three??~" Smg4 waved his hand in front of my face, which actually helped me snap back into it. "Eh-- uh- huh! You say something?" I mumbled sheepishly. "Uh.. I just asked if you wanted to sleep over at the castle tonight.. You good, dude? You've been acting kinda weird for a while now.. Well, weirder than usual. Are you sure you didn't see anything on Marty's Pc?" Smg4 looked at me with a very concerned expression. "... Oh uh yeah, I didn't see nothing.. And... I guess I'll sleep over. Only if Eggdog can join me." I glanced away from Smg4. "Of course Eggdog's allowed! I'm so excited, let's head back to the castle." Smg4 took my hand and gleefully embarked on our way towards The Showgrounds, I gazed at Smg4 in uncertainty.
We finally arrived at The Showgrounds and made it past my construction site. We entered the castle together and made our way into Smg4's room. "So you wanna grab a midnight snack?" Smg4 smirked at me as he rested on his desk chair. "Uhm let me just go grab Eggdog first.." I walked across the room and opened a portal. "Just don't bail on me." Smg4 chuckled before I stepped foot into the portal. I emerged from my portal and happened to be in front of the graveyard's Starbucks. I walked inside and began to call out for Eggdog, "Eggdog?!~.. I'm home!~" Strangely enough I didn't get a response and he wasn't even at the door eager to greet me. I began to get worried as a looked all over the café for him. "Eggdog my sweet little baby... Please come out?" Lastly I checked my room just to find Eggdog whimpering and hiding under my bed. "Eggdog! What's wrong, boy?" I reached out to him but he growled and barked at me. I gasped and hesitated. ".. Is it me?" I said aloud as Eggdog began to whimper again. "Don't be scared, Eggdog it's me.." I said in a calming voice, trying not to startle Eggdog. Being patient and calm I reached out to him again and he slowly sat in my hands. "There we go Eggdog.. See? Nothing to be afraid of. It's just me." I smiled as I opened up another portal. Appearing back in Smg4's room, he jolted up in his seat and smiled broadly. "Heheh you didn't ditch me!" "HUSH-USH-SHUSH! Be quiet Eggdog seems a little shaken up so try not to be so loud." I frowned at Smg4 and shook my head. "Right, sorry... Oh BeegSmg4 should be around here somewhere.... Uhm heh I'm sure he's fine." Smg4 apologised before looking around for BeegSmg4 until he gave up within seconds. I rolled my eyes at him and in a second, Eggdog suddenly leaped out of my hands and ran to Smg4, hiding behind him. "Woah! What's up with Eggdog?" Smg4 turned around to Eggdog, wide eyed. "I-I don't know.." I knew I was the problem but I didn't know why or how. I stared at Eggdog and Smg4 dumbfounded as he picked up Eggdog and made his way over to me. "Well it's nothing a midnight snack can't fix." Smg4 handed over Eggdog to me and he began to struggle and squirm in my arms, I held onto Eggdog tightly and gave Smg4 an unsure smile.
