"After you went missing, I was struggling badly. I was already having thoughts when we went through that period of separation. I felt like I really lost you and then when you went missing, I lost it. I tried to keep it together, I tried to stay strong but I couldn't. I felt like I was to blame, he wanted to hurt me and he did that by hurting you. I feel guilty-" Solana choked out as she cried.

Izogie quickly engulfed her in her arms and tried to soothe her cries.

Once, Solana calmed down she resumed cooking and reassured Izogie she was okay.

Izogie kept a close eye on her though.

They both finished their food in comfortable silence. When they were done, Izogie followed Solana into her room. They both climbed under the covers and made themselves comfortable in each other's arms.

In the middle of the night Solana woke up to find Izogie gone. She began to panic but slowly calmed herself down hearing her steps approach the room.

Izogie had been having nightmares at night. Luckily, Solana was hustled as much as heavy sleeper as her. This particular nightmare was worse than the others. She slowly climbed out of bed and made her way to the waterfall, her knife, and her canteen filled with bourbon. She drunk and drunk until her eyelids became heavy. Her thoughts raged and her body eased. She soon decided to walk back home. Entering the home and making her way upstairs, she noticed the small glint of light peeking underneath the door. She sighed hoping she just left the light on and Solana wasn't up. She slowly opened the door to see Solana sitting on the bed with her hand on her chest. She stood up and grabbed Izogie's arm lightly.

"Where have you been?" she asked worriedly.

"Out." Izogie said plainly before moving out of her grip and going to the bathroom.

"Izogie you cant keep doing this."

Izogie breathed heavily, it definitely wasn't her first time leaving in the night. She sure was fed up with these conversations though, all she needed was a small break.

"I just needed a break-" Izogie said calmly before being cut off.

"BREAK?! So, what? You're tired of me or something. HUH?! If your want a break just leave then since, I'm just so bad." Solana said raising her voice.

Thats all it took before Izogie grabbed her weapons and headed for the door with Solana trailing behind yelling all kinds of things. Izogie just shook her head before leaving, she headed to Amenzas.

When she got there, Amenza let her in and they sat on the couch. Izogie told her everything that entailed her to be here.

Amenza sighed, She knew her friend was going through a lot. She would lecture her on how she handled the "argument" with Solana but she knew she just needed some time. Amenza kept her company as they talked until Izogie headed to bed.
