You wake up to Jisung tightly curled around you, your legs tangled with his head buried in your chest. You need to roll over to your other side, your arm squished underneath him is going numb, but he looks so peaceful from what you can see of him not pressed into you. You slowly untangle your free arm from his waist and pet his hair, happy to see him sleeping in; you know with his busy schedule and odd sleeping habits, he probably doesn't rest as much as he should.

Your phone buzzes and you have to get up this time, you're expecting a call regarding the incident with sasaengs from last night. The buzzing stops- a string of texts? Jisung stirs as you get up, whining and trying to pull you closer.

"Shh, it's okay. I have to check my phone," you whisper, kissing the top of his forehead, "I'll make you breakfast too so please go back to sleep."

"But you're so warm," he sighs, reluctantly letting you go.

You chuckle as he tugs all of the blankets over himself when you get up. Surprisingly, you find your phone on your nightstand, considering you don't remember looking for it last night. The battery is lower than you should have it at, so you get up and dig a charger out of your overnight bag while you check the messages.

L/N Y/N,

We are contacting you to inform you that footage from the situation last night was leaked by some fans who saw you detaining the last man involved. A public notice has been posted regarding the issue, and we are using it as an opportunity to give Stray Kids a hiatus to focus on themselves, even as no member was harmed or even spotted by the group. You are not in trouble. In fact, we commended your swift work in the notice and used it to verify fan theories that you are the same top-tier guard who handled ITZY. Unfortunately, due to this your status as an undercover worker will become harder to maintain.

On the bright side, Stray Kids having a break means you have a break. You will still be on call for them as a driver for wherever they may need to go and a guard for when they go out but enjoy your time with your soulmate. We have others assisting with the above roles, so you will be contacted last unless you volunteer. Please take advantage of the hiatus, and be prepared to resume normal activity in a few weeks once you and your idol soulmate become more settled in your relations with each other.

As for the group finding out about our program, there is not much we can do. Several members knew before your addition, due to Woojin leaving Stray Kids for his soulmate; so you cannot be held accountable for the group finding information. Of course, limit anyone else from finding out at this time, but we have determined there is no point in hiding this information from Stray Kids any longer.

Sincerely, JYPE

There are more with updated schedules and roles for you and your coworkers. You've been listed as 'given time off as a reward for hard work' along with one of your other coworkers who assisted most in the incident. There's more about who was injured and who is on temporary leave or light duty that you aimlessly scroll through as you pull out ingredients for pancakes and eggs.

After plugging in your phone, you set to work making food like you promised. There's not a lot in your fridge because you just moved so it's just a basic breakfast you used to make back home and orange juice you're glad you bought at the corner mart and forgot to drink yesterday. You put everything on the table and go to wake Jisung, before deciding to change clothes first. Once you've both eaten, Jisung begs you to come to his dorm even though it's early in the morning.

You comply, they already know about you so you may as well answer questions sooner rather than later.

"They're gonna be so surprised that I got up this early," he laughs before hushing you and sneaking inside as quietly as he can.

You follow, trying to memorize the layout. He pauses in the living area before running over and tackling someone on the couch. You watch, amused as Jisung bothers Minho who appears to be the only one up. No, there's someone in the kitchen- you leave Jisung to look.

Jeongin is in the kitchen, looking into one of the fridges blankly.

"Hey," you wave, getting his attention.

"Ah, you startled me!" Jeongin slams the fridge shut, "Wait, you're Jisung hyung's soulmate, right?"

"Mhmm, are you looking for breakfast?" you ask, amused at his blank stare.

He nods sheepishly, embarrassed at being caught zoning out and staring at the fridge.

"How about I make you all some breakfast as an introduction? What ingredients do you have?"

Jeongin smiles widely and quickly pulls several cabinets open before listing items from the fridges. You hold back a laugh at the childish excitement before deciding on an omurice based on ingredients. You direct Jeongin to grab everything you need while Minho and Jisung realize you're not in the living area. By the time they realize you're with Jeongin, they can smell food cooking.

"Y/N, we just ate," Jisung pouts, softly wrapping his arms around your waist as he hugs you from behind, "Why are you cooking again?"

"It's for your members, silly," you laugh, flicking his forehead so he lets go for you to cook.

"What is it?" Minho asks, peering over your other shoulder.

"It's omurice or a rice omelet. My mom used to make them all the time. I hope it's okay. I just went off of what you all have and Jeongin didn't say it was bad," you explain before turning to Jisung, "Ji, did you know Jeongin is only five days older than me?"

Jisung snorts, calling you a baby. Minho continues to watch you cook over your shoulder. Jeongin gets the table set.

"Please don't watch over my shoulder like that," you scold Minho, "Ji, you too."

The pair backs off and they chatter before you hear a smack and a yelp. Luckily you're almost done at this point.

"What are you doing?" you sigh, keeping your back turned as you shape the last omelet.

"Minho just slapped my ass. Again."

You can practically hear the eye-roll in Jisung's words.

"Go wake up the others. And stop messing around in the kitchen!" you shoo them, using the hot pan to point to the exit.

Jeongin laughs from his spot at the table, muttering that ass-hunter Minho strikes again.
