Twenty-Three

They had just had cake and now, it was time to give Louis his birthday gifts...

His mum gave him a new sketchbook and new art pencils, his aunt and uncles gave him a new skateboard, his cousins gave him a few new video games, and now the only person left to give their presents was Harry. He handed the blue-eyed boy a medium-sized gift bag as he bit his lip with a nervous look on his face. 

Louis was quick to open his gift with a smile, his smile became wider when he noticed it was a photo album. He opened and cooed at the pictures that Harry placed inside, "I love it, thank you, Haz," Harry's cheeks darkened when Louis placed a kiss on one of them.

Once Louis' family left Harry, Louis, and Annie walked back to Harry's house...

When they were in Harry's room they lay on the bed face to face with Annie by their feet, "Did you really like your gift?" Louis kissed his forehead, "I loved it, Haz, I really did," Harry's cheeks darkened as he smiled. "To tell you the truth, it was my favorite gift," the green-eyed boy giggled before he pecked the older's cheek, "I'm glad you liked it, Lou,"

Louis lifted his chin and connected their lips, "I loved it," Harry kissed him again with a smile, "How are you feeling, love?" he asked softly. "I'm good, thank you for helping me earlier," Louis pulled him closer, "Of course,"

"Are you able to stay the night, Lou?" Louis kissed his nose, "I'm sorry, but I can't, my sisters are coming by the house in a few hours because they wanted to give me my gifts, but I promise I'll come over tomorrow afternoon," Harry nodded with a slight pout, "Okay," Louis connected their lips.

"Don't pout, love, I know my mum is working the night shift on New Year's Eve, would you want to stay the night then?" Harry nodded with a wide smile, "Can Annie-" Louis cut him off, "Of course, Annie can come with you, I don't mind," he chuckled, "You don't need to ask, love,"
