OMNISCIENT POV

Jhene was sitting across from Zen and a unwanted guest at a food court in Bay Plaza Shopping Mall. She didn't understand why Zen asked to speak with her and didn't mention anything about bringing Amina. It felt like she was being ambushed by someone she used to call her friend.

Jhene was tired of playing nice.

When she received a text from Zen to meet up and talk she was hesitant. Not knowing what to do she asked Kaliyah and Kay about it and they had the same answer. If she wanted answers as to why she was being treated in such way she would have to talk to Zen and that's what she did.

Licking her bottom lip she crossed her arms over her chest. "I'm not understanding how you ask to speak with me... but you ain't mention that you was bringing somebody along." Jhene spoke as her attention was averted to Zen.

"She don't gotta mention nothing to you when it comes to me." Amina spoke up instantly cutting Zen off before she could respond.

Cocking her head back Jhene's face formed into a small mug, this girl was really a weirdo. Before she was letting whatever Amina said slide for the sake of her friendship with Zen. Now? It was quiet for that, She had to stand on business like Kaliyah told her.

"Respectfully I wasn't talking to you, mind somebody else business."

"Aigh y'all needa chill we just talking." Zen said hearing Amina scoff.

"Aight so what we talking about?" Jhene questioned.

Zen sighed bring both of her hands on the table. She wanted to be friends with Jhene and Amina but she couldn't do that unless they squashed whatever conflict they had.

"I feel like we all not on the same page, if we gone all be friends y'all gotta learn how to speak to eachother. It just be animosity and that's not gone make nothing better."
