19. Walking Down the Memory Lane-2

Sunday being an off day for Kavya she did not had any tuition classes today. Therefore she decided to roam in her near colony and have look of the shops around.

Kavya was wondering here and there when she heard somebody calling her by her name.

"Hey! You are the new transfer student right?" Kavya turned around and saw two of the senior girls from her school were standing behind her.

"Yes." She replied back curtly not knowing what to reply them back.

"Well, what's with this attitude huh?" One of the senior questioned a little rudely for Kavya's liking.

"I am sorry but I wasn't being rude by the way do you need anything from me?" Kavya questioned a little hastily as she did heard a little about these two seniors from one of her classmates that they were a bunch of trouble makers and are always after someone for their own fun and entertainment.

"What's with your tongue huh? Do you even know who we are? We are your seniors so behave politely otherwise this behaviour of yours can cost you a lot." The other girl said which only increased kavya's temper.

"Well for starters I really don't care who you are, today you are my senior tomorrow I'll be the senior so what? However what I'll not be is ---Like You." Kavya replied with a wide and mocking smile on her face making the girls furious on her.

Both the senior girls were about to rant further when they heard a third person walking in the picture.

"What's happening over here?" All the three girls looked in the other direction and were surprised to see a boy standing there.

Well for kavya it was quite a pleasent surprise because it was none other than the boy whom she had met twice so far.

"And who are you?" One of the senior girl questioned.

"If I make a complain against you both harrassing and bullying your juniors then I'll definitely be one of your nightmares." Viraj replied while standing in a firm posture.

"Excuse me what the hell is wrong with you? We never did anything wrong here? We were just interacting with this newbie standing here." Both the girls said in union while pointing at Kavya.

There was something in Viraj's demeanour which always made him look dominating in others eyes however just in two meetings Kavya understood that directly or indirectly he had a thing for helping others.

"As if the people living here really don't know about you guys. Both of you are quite famous for the unnecessary havoic with you create in your schools, from bullying your juniors, making them do your work and what not. Despite several complaints, you both are still so shameless and not ready to learn from your mistakes. Take this as a last warning otherwise you will have to face the consequences." Viraj commanded and both of them hurriedly escaped from the scene leaving only kavya and Viraj to be there.

To say Kavya was impressed by him would be an understatement. She wanted to indulge herself in a conversation with him however just in two meetings she had realised that she can speak in whatever way she wants with the world however when it comes to him she turns into a puddle.

"Are you dumb or oblivious? How do you manage to land yourself in a troublesome situation everytime?" Viraj questioned with raised brows.

"What the hell? Whom are you calling dumb?" Kavya countered taking it to her self respect.

"Well I can't see anybody else over here apart from you." Viraj snickered with a smirk.

"You---You---Uhh!" Kavya grumbled to herself and tried controlling her anger. She glared at Viraj fiercely and with a last look towards him she went in the opposite direction without saying anything further.
