After last night's events with Isabelle, Y/N was now in his apartment when his high tech watch starts making a strange noise
He approaches the device near his suit jacket and it beeps again, revealing a bug
With a practiced motion, he tapped the screen, activating the built-in scanning feature. The room illuminated with a soft blue glow as the watch swept for any irregularities
The room was full of bugs, and there was only one person who could have done it...
...Kate...
She was thorough, no doubt about it. Y/N admired her dedication to the mission, but this breach of his personal space felt like a violation of trust. He couldn't help but wonder what she had overheard
He sighs deeply and starts getting all the bugs he could find in the room
After a couple of minutes gathering every bug in his apartment, Y/N heads to the hotel where Kate, Frank and Alex were staying
The door swung open, and there she was. Kate Bishop, the enigmatic partner whose actions had just blurred the lines between cooperation and intrusion
Y/N tilts his head and starts throwing the bugs for her to catch
Y/N: These...are...american...made.
Kate: Don't get angry. That's standard operating procedure.
Y/N gets in the room and sees Alex and Frank there
Y/N: Mason, Woods...
Mason: How was last night?
Mason and Woods exchange looks
Frank: I hope things didn't get too...tight.
They stiffle out a laugh

Y/N: What are you, five-years-old?
Kate: Enough, okay? What are the plans for today?
Y/N: I'm having a meeting with Isabelle. I guess you're having lunch with Alexander.
Kate: I am...and these two right here are gonna be listening from far.
Mason notices some movement outside the hotel
Alexander had arrived to take Kate to lunch
Mason: Alexander's car has arrived...
After that, Kate gets ready to leave and the whole plan is set in motion
