" Where are you going to take me?"

He have been asking the same question for the past 15 minutes that I have been driving.

"date" and again I repeat the same answer to him leaving him letting out a frustrated groan.

" Don't worry. It's not a bad place I promise"

I make a last turn before finally slowly making it to the parking lot. The place is less crowded since it's not weekend. That's great. Less people, less headache.

" Let's go out" I smile at him as I shut the engine off.

As soon as I open the door, I was greeted by a cool and soft breeze onto my skin. I can hear a sound of door opening at the opposite site of the car. Jihoon too came out.

" A beach?"

I nodded with a slight smile.

"You can go on first. I have to get some stuff and prepare something "

"Let me help you then"

"No. No need. I can do it by myself-" before I could even finish my sentences, he already open the trunk of the car and just stand there staring down at the stuff that I save in there.

" So what should we take out first?" He look at me, waiting for my instructions before he could done anything.

I smile." Just bring out the blanket and the basket inside there. I will try to find a better spot before we could put down everything "

He immediately nodded and his hand fast reach down to the stuff. While he bring out all of the things, I rushed down to the beach area to find a right spot. Just my luck when I see a vacant spot under a big tree not far away from the parking area.

I ran immediately to the spot and wait for him there. Not even a minute, I can sense his presence behind my back. I turn around and there him standing while holding up a blanket and a basket with his hands full.

"Thank you" I reach for the basket and he immediately laid out the blanket onto the ground. It was humane to say watching him do this kinda stuff on his own will. He's changing. I can feel it.

"There you go" he said before look up and reach my eyes. I look away immediately and just put down the basket before settle down myself on the blanket. It was wide enough for three people.

I can see him too taking a sit next to me. I ignore him and instead staring right at the sight in front of me. The way the sun wasn't that high and bright yet and the way the breeze slowly moves and touches my skin softly make my lips quiver with joy. I can sense that he too was enjoying the view the same as I did.

"I thought you might need this" I close my eyes, feeling the warmth breeze.

"You know, I always came here before when I'm still a small kid." I stop, waiting for his reaction and yet his reaction is not disappointing.

I continue."When I had a fight with my mother, I always ran here and just stay here until I felt better. Sometimes it could last for a whole day. I had ran from home to here twice before and honestly it was the best experience ever. This place holds my pains and happiness. And it brought me to smile every time I came here. I'm sharing my special places with you since."

I stop. Not sure if I should continue.

I look away. " Since you are special to me" I said it!

Silence fills in the air with the help by the sound of the wave and chirp of the birds , I felt a little less awkward than usual.

"I hope you can come here when you have a hard time. I find this place very soothing. But make sure to not come here on the weekend. It's hella crowded" I warned him as I turn to look at his reaction. I felt like I would jump right now. He's freaking smiling. Yeah, I did that!

"Also, you can come here even after we ended the contract. I love to share my favorite place with everyone so don't be burden with it" I continue.

I clear my throat as I reach for the basket. "Aren't you hungry? I just dragged you out without letting you have something to eat first so here I made some food to fill in the hungry" I bring out some sandwiches out and the salads that I made this morning.

I handed the food to him and just stare at him eating the food. Watching him eat the stuff that I made for him already made me full. I smile. Our marriage almost ended and yet my first goal was completely fail. Forget about him my ass.

The sun is almost up and it's started to felt scorching hot there. We both clean the spot and grab all our stuff back to the car. 

I close the trunk as everything have been put back into their places and was about to go to the driver side but my movements were restricted as he grab my arm and traps my body between his chest and the car. I almost lose my control as I could smell his cologne in this distant.

"Let me drive"

"No, I can do it-"

"No Hani. Let me" he insisted and I could just raised my hand in defeat and just gave him the car key. I almost lose all of my ability to breath after he let go of my hand.

I blinked as I heard the car engine start buzzing and immediately ran to the passenger side and get in. After a while, we left the beach back to the house.

The car ride as usual, very much quiet. I stare at the window as he drive. My head is pounding from thinking on what should I do next in order to fulfill my dumb ass confession.

"Hani, are you okey?"

I could hear his voice asking and I immediately turn to look at him while plastering a smile on my face. "Yes"

He just ignore and continue driving. " Are you still thinking about what to do next?"

I froze. How did he know? Is my face that easy to read? "I'm sorry,What?"

He smile. "Don't worry. Anything you want me to do, I will do it. "

It felt like a slap in the face with that sweet words. I just smile and nodded my head, not to know how to react with that statement.
