The Unplanned Marriage

First Day

I hear my alarm sound. I try to open my eyes but I'm tired. My whole body is hurting . Before I can snooze the alarm someone stops it . Did someone come into my room ? I opened my eyes and his mother was in the room. Shit I thought di was sleeping here . When did this happen?
"I'm sorry. Meri wajah se aapki neend khul gayi" I said to her as I got up .
"Mai toh kabki uth gayi thi " she said looking at me.
I quickly got up and started folding the sheets .
"Abb thik ho ? " She asked
"Ha" I replied confused. Why is she asking me that .
"Vaise tum etni jaldi kyu uthhi ho ? " She asked .
"Vo actually subha studies acchi hoti hai esliye " I replied to her and kept the sheets at their respective places.
"Ha . Bataya tha usne ki tumhari abhi padhaye chalu hai . Mai fresh ho jati hu tum bhi ho jao" She said
"Ha" I said as she left the room .
It's 6 in the morning. I never shower this early. I opened my bag looking at what to wear . I don't think anything will happen today so I shouldn't wear a heavy saree . Should I wear dress ? I do have a kurti and plazzo but what if that's to casual. Deciding at a basic purple saree I took my things and went to take a shower . Since his room has a attached bathroom I didn't have a pressure of how to wear saree there. I came in room and wore the saree.
It took almost 1 hour to get ready. Since I'm not used to any of this I am wearing green bangles and all too . It takes time to wear as  it's made of glass .
I came out of room at 7:15 almost. I went in hall maybe everyone's up . But the only person in hall was Rehan. He was sleeping so peacefully. But wasn't he sleeping in Di's room . Why did everyone changed their places? I was looking at Rehan when I realised that kitchen light was on . So I went there . His mother was doing work kitchen.
"Mai koi help kardu ? I said as I entered the kitchen.
"Bahut pyari lag rahi ho " she said .
"Thankyou"I replied while smiling.
"Tum chai logi . Mai bs abhi rakne vali thi " She asked .
Should I tell her that I don't drink chai . Would that be rude ?
"Vo actually mai chai nhi piti " I told her as I decided that I shouldn't lie .
"Koi baat nhi . Coffee bhi hai." She said
"Mai banati hu chai or coffee " I said I don't like making her do my chores .
"Nhi . Nhi . Tum nhi bana sakti " she said making me stop .
"Kyu ?" I asked confused.
"Pheli rasoi huye nhi hai na aur pheli rasoi mai meetha hi banate hai " She explained
"Okayy " I replied and stand awakardly .
I don't know I didn't like anyone doing my work . But I can't say anything to her .
We had our chai , coffee together she continued the conversation asking me basic questions about myself.
It was already 7:45 and di came to the kitchen too.
"Wow! Kitni pyaari lag rahi ho tum ." She said coming in kitchen.
"Thankyou " I replied as I blushed . Well . I'm not used to everyone giving me compliments.
"Dhekha ma maine bola tha na . Rehan ese thodi lattu bana hai " she said teasingly.
"Esa kuch hai " I replied blushing again .
"Bhai ajj ki chai etni late kyu huye ?" A man said entering kitchen. I think it's his dad .
And I started panicking. What should I do ? I looked down .
"Ha hogyee bs "his mother said and give him cup .
He stared at me but didn't say anything.
He went in hall to take this chai.
"Ira ? You okay ?" Di asked looking at me.
"Hmm" I replied still flustered.
"Papa etne bhi daravne nhi hai yaar " she said laughing a bit .
"Nhi essa kuch nhi mai ...vo ..umm " I tried to think of something but my brain has officially stopped working.
Di started laughing.
"Chill ! Mai bs majak kar rahi thi." She said .
"Accha mai aur ma breakfast bana rahe hai tab tak tum Rehan ko uthao jake " she said and I left kitchen and went in hall . I was scared because his father was seating there . But I make the courage and went near him .
"Rehan " I called him .
"Rehan " I called him again .
"Esse toh vo kabhi nhi uthega " His father said to me .
"Toh kya karu ?" I asked him hoping to get a solution.
"Thoda hilao usse sirf awaj lagane se kuch nhi hoga " He said answering the question.
"Ji " I said and sat on my knees near the sofa.
"Rehan" I almost wispered while shaking him a little bit "
"Rehan " I shaked him again and this he moved thankfully.
He opened his eyes halfway and smiled.
"You are looking really pretty Iru " He said out of nowhere. And he held my hand in his and slept again. Di started laughing loudly.
I was so flustered. I was trying really hard to remove my hand . It was successful after a whole 5 minutes of trying and I left hall as fast I can.
I came inside the kitchen. I don't think I can face this father for my whole life after that.
"Yeh loh table set kardo .Bs hogya hai mera " his mother said and I started doing as she told.
After 5 min she told me to call both of them  for breakfast. I went to the hall to tell them .
Rehan was seating on sofa looking really confused while di was still smiling looking at both of us .
"Vo breakfast ke liye bolaye hai " I told them and left immediately.
We started breakfast while Rehan went to take a shower.
We were having our breakfast when he came back .
"Ma mere bathroom mai aapne aap ka saman kyu rakha hai ?" He asked .
"Mera hai . Sorry mai bag mai rakhna bhool gaye vapis." I replied as I remembered that I forgot to kept it back .
"Bag mai kyu rakhogi vapis ? Tumhara saman vahi rahega . Agar room share karna nhi tha toh shaadi kyu ki tumne ?" His mother said to him .
"Mai vo bhool gaya tha ." He said focusing on breakfast.
"Aapni shaadi bhool gaye ?" Di said looking shocked.
Shaadi bhool gaya ? Matlab? Yeh bhi koi bhoolne ki chiz hai ?.
My doubts suddenly reappear in my head .
"Abhi toh need se utha hu. My brain hasn't even started working yet." he said and continue the breakfast.
After a hour everything thing was done and I went back to his room as his mother said to unpack my bags .
I opened his cupboard but there was no place. I don't know what to do so I sit on bed confused.
After sometime Rehan entered the room .
"Kya hua " He asked looking at me .
"Nothing" I replied and close the cupboard.
"Bag abhi tak unpack nhi ki ? " He asked looking at my bag
"Jagah hi nhi hai " I said looking at him .
"Actually maine bhot din se cupboard clean hi nhi kiya toh mai phele clean kar leta hu . Phir jagah ho jayega. " He said and opened his cupboard .
"Waise tum thik ho ?" He asked me .
"Sab mujhe yeh kyu puch rahe hai ?"I finally asked him.
He came infront of me and touched my forehead then neck.
"Kya hua ?" I asked him a bit flustered.
Then he explained me the incident of last night .
"Vahi mai sochu tum sapne mai goliya kyu de rahe hai " I said as I remember last night dream .
"Tumhe yaad hai ?" He asked suddenly tensed.
"Ha ! Matlab mujhe laga sapna tha ." I replied
"Aur kya yaad hai ?" He asked me sceptically.
"Aur bhi kuch hua tha ?Mujhe toh nhi yaad" I asked him.
"Nhi nhi kuch nhi " he replied looking at me .
But there is something in this eyes that I can tell he is hiding something.
