The Unplanned Marriage

meet up

As usual I woke up at 6 am and got ready. It was 7:15 as I was still fixing my saree pleats when di woke up .
"Good Morning" she said as she got up .
"Good Morning" I replied smiling at her.
"Ready ho gayee tum?" She asked
"Pallu nhi ho raha . I'm trying for the last 15 min" I told her .
"Jab bhi heavy saree ho tab pallu open rakh do easy "She said .
"Okay " I said and pin up it as she said .
At 7:30 I was done and she went to her room to get ready.
After breakfast i went into our room again I don't have much to do these days . I should have brought my books . It's just 2 months left for my exams. I have to revise my syllabus this time. I completed the whole syllabus before the wedding. I should bring my books when I go home this time .
"Etna kya soch rahi ho " Rehan said as he entered the room.
"Mujhe padhna hai" I said to him
"Pheli ladki dekhi hai jisse padhai karne mai interest hai " he said sitting beside me.
"Yaha karne ke liye bhi to kuch nhi hai . Mai bor ho jati hu din bhar . Kya karte hai ladkiya" I said looking at him .
"Shaadi ki baad padhai chod ke bhot kuch hota hai karne ko Ira " he said looking at me.
"Example " I asked him.
"Chodo . Kuch nhi ho sakta mera abb ." He said sighing.
"Matlab?" I asked him but before he can reply my phone started ringing.
"Ria hai "I told him as I picked up the call.
"Hello"
"Hi Ira kaisi ho? yaar shaadi ke baad tum toh bhool hi gayee "
"Mai thik hu . Or kuchi bhooli nhi hu mai kal raat ko toh message kiya tha maine reception ka batane ."
"Ha esiliye call kiya . Aur Rehan kaisa hai?"
"Vo bhi thik hai ". I said looking at him as soon as he heard his name he put his ears on the other side of the phone.
"Vo thik hai yeh to mujhe bhi pata. Mai uski tabiyat nhi puch rahi "
"Toh?"
"Dumbo ! Shaadi ke baad kaisa hai?"
"Matlab? I asked confused but before she can answer he take the phone from me.
"Tujhe kyu interest "
"Yaar mai usse baat kar rahi thi Rehan "
"Mere bare mai baat kar rahi thi"
"Ha toh maine bhi toh usse sab kuch bataya tha"
"Kya bataya tha"
"Vo uske aur bich ki baat hai mai usse kal milke baat kar lungi"
"Usse tumhari kya baat huye thi ?" He asked me .
"Kuch nhi " I said not looking at him as I realised what she was asking.
"Ira ?"
"Hmm"
"Sach sach bolo" he said holding me at my place as I tried to escape.
"Personal tha kuch " I said looking at the floor .
"Ab toh tumhare aur mere bich kuch personal rehna nhi chahiye.I want to know " He said
"Mera nhi uska personal tha kuch I can't share that ." I said
"Mera tumhe bina pata chale vaise bhi kuch nhi ho sakta " I wispered mostly to myself.
"Kya bola tumne " he asked.
Di came inside after knocking the door .
"Ira .Bhar chalo . Family vale aye hai " she said
Suddenly I was too scared to go out . They all are here to judge me . To see if I am of his standard or not . I don't want to go outside.
"Ira , tum etni dar kyu gaye" Rehan asked looking at me .
"Sab mujhe judge karega. What if unhe laga ki you deserve better? Kya tum mujhe chod doge ?" I asked almost crying.
"Ira Essa kuch nhi hai . Koi tumhe judge nhi kar raha aur tumhe essa laga bhi kyu ki mai tumhe chod dunga " he said
"Pr agar sabne mujhe reject kar diya toh?" I asked him
"Maine tumse shaadi ki hai . koi affair nhi chal raha ki sab reject karde aur mai tumhe chod dunga " he said.
"Chale ?" Di asked me .
"Hmm" I replied and went out with her after looking at him last time .
It's wasn't 4-5 people. There are almost 15-20 people here . His uncle ,there wife, their two daughters I think they are of my age ,His aunt ,her husband,their two sons they are same age too and his grand parents I was too scared to even go infront of them. But didn't had a option. I touched everyone's feet and introduce myself. They all talk nicely to me other than the girl her sister was being nice but I can hear her taunts in between. I just hope everything went smoothly. I don't want him to have any issues because of me.

After an hour everyone had lunch and was sitting in hall . I stood behind his mother as if she was the sheild that's going to protect me from them .
"Pheli baar kisi ladki ko saas ke piche chupte hue dhekha hai mostly saari ladkiya maa ke pheche chupti hai " that same girl said laughing at me . Her name was avni .
"Are mai bhi toh ma hi hu uski " his mother replied.
This is too suffocating. I never liked people to begain with . I never sat between my own uncle's and aunties . They always make fun of me about how I'm not going to find a guy if I don't lose weight. I hate people.
"Ira " Rehan called me from upstairs.
"Ha ?" I asked him .
"Mujhe bags pack karne mai help kardo " he said and went inside our room .
"Mai aati hu " I said leaving the hall.
I went inside our room and just sit on bed for 5 minutes looking at him all confused.
"Kya hua ?" I asked him as he looked really frustrated.
"Kuch samaj nhi arha ." He said and sat beside me .
"Tum bhetho mai karti hu " I said and started with ironing his shirts first .
"Tumne kaise pata sab kuch "he said .
Before I can say anything all the four cousins entered our room.
"Kaise nhi pata hoga voh bhi apni puri zindagi ek bag mai leke aye hai yaha "Ansh replied. One of the aunty son .
We both didn't said anything.
"Yaar Bhai apni love story toh bata do . Sabko niche bola ki situation thi. But mujhe essa lag raha hai bhaga kr lye ho tum bhabhi ko . Haina bhabhi ?" Arjun said .(2 son) .
Bhabhi no one ever called me that .
"Nhi " I replied to him .
"Tumne kahi blackmail toh nhi kiya mere Bhai ko shaadi ke liye. Mujhe abhi tak samjha nhi aya ki kya dhek liya unhone tum mai ." Avni said
Blackmail maybe shyad meri situation se sabko essa hi lage.
"Shut up Avni " Rehan said angry at her .
" Tum sab niklo bahar . Privacy naam ki chiz hoti hai koi . Aur next time knock karke anna " Rehan said to them
"Ha ha abb toh knock hi karna padega . Biwi ko ake 2 din hua nhi ki Bhai Bhai ko bhool gaya " Arjun said so dramatically that I couldn't control my laughter.
"Avni I think tum apni eyes check karvalo . Mujhe to clearly dhik raha hai ki Bhai ne shaadi kyu ki hai . Agar aapne ne nhi ki hoti toh maine karli hoti " Ansh said almost flirting with me as he stood beside me .
"Oyy , Biwi hai meri dafa ho " Rehan said as he pushed him aside and stand beside me .
"Mai toh bs bool raha tha. Waise aapki koi chooti bhen hai " he said looking at me.
"Nhi" I said trying to control my laughter and Rehan was literally looking at him as if throwing lazers at him .
"Kash aap phele mil jaati " Ansh said pouting at me trying to irritate Rehan more. And I laughed out loud as I couldn't control anymore after looking at his face.
"Bhar niklo sab ke sab " He said and almost pushed Ansh at the door. Everyone left the room and he locked the door and looked at me .I turned around continuing my work.
" Bhot hassi aa rahi thi tumhe " He said coming forward.
"Nhi toh " I said and tried to ignore the lack of distance between us as he stood behind me .
He put his hands around my waist and rested his head on my shoulder.
I stopped moving as he did that . I'm not used to physical intimacy since I have never been in any relationship. He didn't said anything either .
I was done with ironing his clothes
"Chodein mai shirt rakh deti hu " I said to him .
"2 min " he said and hold me tighter this time . My breathing didn't stayed calmed .
"Aap ki bag pack karni hai "I tried to reasoned with him .
"Tum jab aap bolti ho na tab kuch kuch hota hai " he said not leaving me .
"Kuch matlab" I asked him
" Matlab humari shaadi process karne ke liye hume time hi nhi mila na . Phele parents ki tension abb bakike family ki aur kal toh sab ayenge . Hume humari privacy nhi mil rahi hai ki hum baat kare but jabse tum aap bol rahi ho na tabse se ander se feeling aa rahi hai" he said explaining.
"Ander se feeling kaise ati hai" I asked him confused.
"Tumhe nhi aati mujhe dhek kr?" He said
And I nodded my head in no .
"Tum parso tak rukho uske baad ajayegi " he said
"Uske baad kya hoga?" I asked him again
"Uske baad tum mere saath jyada time spend karogi . Sone se phele aur uthne ke baad bhi toh dhire dhire felling bhi aa jayegi " he said but I couldn't focus on it my whole focus was on his nose that he has buried in my neck . I could feel his every breath on my neck .
Someone knocked on the door and he finally let me go . He went and opened the door.
"Kitni baar bola hai tujhe door lock mat karna." She said sitting on bed.
"Yaar di privacy naam ki koi cheez hoti hai " he said pouting at his sister angry .
"Pooja parso hai tab tak no privacy " she said .
"Waise ma ne baat karli tumhari mom se pagphera ke" she said to me .
"Ek second pagphera toh Pooja ke din karne wale ho . Toh tum vapis kab ayogee " he asked me.
"Mujhe kya pata . Jab lene ajayoge tab ajaungi mai" I said .
"Toh mai Tuesday ko ata hu " he answered
"Turant? Matlab pagphera mai toh kuch din rehte hai na " I asked
"Mai toh kuch din mai chala jaunga phir yaha akar bhi kya karogi " he said suddenly his mood changed.
I didn't said anything to him.
"Tum free ho mere saath check up ke liye cholo gi ." She asked
"Ha " I replied.
I went with her to hospital and the doctor told that maximum 15 days are remaining till delivery. We all has dinner after we came back.
It's was a really tiring day. But today di me and both sisters were sleeping in this room .
I slept as soon as I got on bed
