I step inside the school and...I can't do this. Last night I was sleeping on the streets and now I'm in a massive school.
I feel myself go bright red. I'm having a panic attack...again. I speed-walk over to my first lesson but I walk straight into the middle of a fight.
Two boys, blood on their hands, dripping from their faces and I'm in the middle of them. "Bitch move!" One screams at me as he grabs my arm, his nails breaking my skin and he throws me. He has dirty blonde hair and dull blue eyes. He isn't very muscular so it's obvious he's gonna lose this fight.
"Get off her!" The other screams. He spits blood from his mouth onto the floor and takes me to the cleaners closet. This boy's muscular, black hair that is slicked back and he has hazel eyes.
I feel bad, I just dragged him away from a fight he was probably going to win.
He sits me down and he kneels next to me. "Are you insane?" he pants. I shut my eyes, tight. He puts his arm on my my thigh.
"Hey, shh. It's okay but what are you doing walking into the middle of a fight??" he asks. I shrug. "I-i...I got lost" I mutter.
He chuckles and puts my hair behind my ear. He takes my timetable from my hands and looks at it. "Once you get out of here, Art is the first door on your left" he smiles. I nod at him appreciatively.
"Hey you look a lot like JJ. Y'know JJ?" he asks. Do I really look like JJ? I mean, he does have brown eyes and blonde hair like me.
"Yeah. I'm his sister." I admit smiling. His mouth falls to the floor. "I best look after you then" he chuckles before getting up.
"I'll see you at lunch?" he says, waiting for confirmation. I nod at him and wave him off.
I guess Cori and Adam won't mind if he's friends with JJ.
Wait, I never got his name. Closet boy.
After 3 periods, it's finally lunch. I walk into the dinner hall and immediately see Adam and girl making out and Cori sat next to them playing with his food.
Cori turns around and sees me. He stands up and waves his arms. I smile and walk over to him, carrying a ham sandwich in one hand and water in the other.
I sit beside Cori and lay out my lunch. There so is a cool kid table cause right now I'm sat on it. There are 5 cheerleaders, 5 football players, me cori, adam and another cheerleader my who brother has currently got his tongue down her throat.
I point towards my brother and Cori rolls his eyes. "His girlfriend. They won't stop for air" he chuckles I laugh with him. She has long, curly red hair that matches her cheerleading uniform.
As I'm about to ask Cori for the time I feel a large, cold hand rest on my shoulder. I start to worry. Who is it?
I turn around and it's closet boy. I jump up and hug him, he smiles and hugs me back then sits down next to me. "Violet. What are you doing with him?" Cori asks, holding eye contact with closet boy.
"He's my friend?" I mutter, I make Cori look at me and he nods towards my 'friend'. "Jason isn't a very good person." he whispers. I look back at Jason who is sorting out his tie.
"What do you mean? He's friends with JJ." I mumble. Cori smiles and flutters his eyelids. "I know,Violet. But only Will and JJ not me or Adam." he states.
I look at Jason and he wraps his arm around me. I wonder what happened to him to only hate one of my brothers.
Cori's eyes are lighting up with anger as he pushes Jason's arm off me. What the hell? Jason stands up and drags me behind him.
"Cori, I think you need to calm down!" I whimper, my arms around Jason's waist. Cori grabs me and throws me back and then throws a punch at Jason.
I don't want to stay for this. I run up to Adam, tears filling my eyes. "A-adam" I mumble. His girlfriend looks up at me and so does my brother, he looks worried.
"Get away from my boyfriend!" she shouts at me then proceeds to kiss him. "Rose!" he whispers between kisses. I can't stay here for too long or I will break down.
"Adam. I need to get out of here please!" I cry. He pushes Rose off him and gives me his keys to the car. "I can't drive!" I screech over the crowd that is surrounding the fight.
But my brother doesn't answer me. I stomp to the fight and see Jason on top of Cori punching him repeatedly. Blood is splattered all over the floor and everyone is cheering for him.
Teachers come running in and try and push through the crowd. I move everyone out my way until I get to Jason. "Jason." I say. But he can't hear me. "Jason!" I screams. He looks up at me and then looks at his fists stained in blood.
He immediately scrambles to his feet and grabs my waist. He lifts me up and I wrap my legs around him and my arms around his neck.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry" is all he whispers to me. But I don't care. I just want to go home. I show the keys infront of Jason and he nods and sits me in the passenger seat.
He drives me straight home and we sit there in silence the whole ride there.
