"About what you said yesterday... was it true?" Nezuko asked as the two of you sat eating your bento boxes. "About the Walking Titan?" you giggled. "Yeah! Murasakibara-kun!" She replied, grinning softly. "Of course, Nezu-chan!" You squealed. "That's a relief," she let out a breath, almost too dramatically. It caught your attention.
"Why is that a relief?" you asked, pausing mid-bite. "Um, actually..." she chuckled awkwardly, fidgeting with her chopsticks. Your eyes narrowed in curiosity. "Actually?" You asked. "I thought the guy who caught your attention was Himuro-kun," she admitted with a sheepish grin. "And your confidence scared me. I thought you were going to go after him. But once I realized it was Murasakibara-kun all along... I was relieved."
"You like Himuro-kun?" you asked, your voice halfway between surprised and excited. "Um, eh—yeah." Her cheeks flushed a soft pink. "Nezu-chan!! Now we have to go on a double date!" you exclaimed, and both of you burst out laughing.
—
Later that day, you stood in front of Himuro's desk with a playful grin.
"Hey! I didn't catch your name yesterday." You asked him, your confidence straight. "I'm Tatsuya Himuro. Nice to meet you, [Your Name]-san." He stood up politely and gave you a warm smile. "Nice to meet you too, Himuro-chin!" you said, recalling how Murasakibara addressed him yesterday. Himuro laughed, instantly picking up on the reference. "That's definitely Atsushi's style."
"That's exactly why I said it!" you grinned, and the two of you giggled together. "Well, I've got to say, that was very bold of you—approaching Atsushi like that. I've never seen a girl even attempt it." He complimented you. "Oh my god, that means he's fresh meat," you replied, wide-eyed. Himuro burst out laughing again while you silently celebrated the spicy information you just scored.

That evening, you were walking home when you spotted Murasakibara inside a snack shop. You paused, standing a short distance away to observe him. Though you couldn't hear what was being said, it was obvious from his exaggerated gestures and hunched shoulders that he was arguing with the old shopkeeper. His towering frame and pouty annoyance made the entire scene oddly amusing—but also a little mysterious.
Eventually, he walked out of the shop empty-handed, wearing the expression of a very sulky child. You considered going in to ask what happened... but, surprisingly, decided to walk away. It stayed in your head the entire evening. While eating dinner, brushing your teeth, even lying in bed—you couldn't stop wondering what had caused the tall, lazy Murasakibara to get into an argument with an old man at a snack shop.
—
The next morning, as you walked to school with Nezuko, you spotted the same snack shop again. This time, you couldn't help yourself. "Come with me!" you said, pulling Nezuko inside. "Hi, sir! Can you tell me what happened yesterday with that really tall guy?" you asked, trying not to sound like a stalker. The shopkeeper's eyes lit up with recognition.
"Ohhh, that boy? He was a handful! He wanted to buy a notebook because he saw a 'Buy one notebook, get two bags of chips free' offer on the poster. But the promotion had already ended the day before. I tried to explain, but he just kept arguing. In the end, he bought nothing and stormed off." He expplained and you and Nezuko burst out laughing.
"How can someone be so childish?" Nezuko snorted. "Sir, can I get that notebook and two bags of chips, please? I'll pay," you said between giggles. The shopkeeper looked confused, but still handed over the items.
"Wait—are you really going to give that to Murasakibara-kun?" Nezuko asked, raising a brow. "Of course," you said with a mischievous smile. "But not for free. I plan to get something in return." Nezuko just sighed. "You are terrifying." She supplied. "And you love me for it," you replied, smirking like the mastermind you are.
