Chapter 7- The Graveyard shift

*Collins POV*

*DING* The elevator chimed as we got off onto Grim's penthouse.

I enter in amazement to a large living room area made of black marble and gold outlining, just like the door outside. The whole style gave off "Modern rich" vibes and on top of that the living room was equipped with a fire place, a bookshelf, a large flat screen TV, and a massive window that provided a gorgeous view of the city "This is fucking lit" said Jerry with an enormous grin on his face " well dont be shy go ahead and explore. Just not my room thats the two double doors on the left up stairs" Everyone then excitingly went to every nook and cranny of the penthouse from the massive very professional looking kitchen to the generously sized guest bathroom with both a shower and a tub. Me on the other hand turned my attention to the giant window. I looked out and gazed in the beauty of the city. All the sparkling lights and the people down bellow going about there daily lives. *WHOOSH* a massive blur went by the window and I see going nearby to another building a long and skinny being with boney wings and long claws

"Wow other Shinigami" I said with a smile. Everyone gathered around to look at the Shinigami going by. Lily sounding confused asked "Huh that one looks way more... monstrous then you Collin, Why is that?" I turned to Lily and said "Well Shinigami usually take any form they wish at birth whether that be consciously or subconsciously in some cases. Guess this guy doesnt go to the mortal realm that often so he sticks to a more fitting appearance" *GRUMBLE* I look back and see Adrian rubbing theyre stomach and they said "Now that we are settled can be we get food" Grim patted Adrian on the head and said "Sure thing randomizer, watch this everyone, BUTLER" he called out.
