                        AUTHOR'S POV;

"jiwoo, why are you crying?" her mom ran down the windows of the car to get a closer look at her daughters face.

"nothing. let's just leave." she wiped her tears with her hands as she tried to open the car's door.

"okay.." the mom huffed as she unlocked the door— jiwoo quickly throwing her bag inside the car and closing the door shut.

"you know you can tell me," the lady looked up at the mirror on top of the car to see the girl in the back. "i'm your mom."

jiwoo was slightly shocked, maybe because how much her mother had changed when they had moved to seoul. her mom would always be busy and somewhat mad all the time back in busan.

"it's okay, let's go." jiwoo said as she tried to force a smile out of her lips which had been taken by someone she didn't like.

she'd been waiting for her first kiss to be with someone she had feelings for, and to think that ricky had done such a thing made her question his whole actions that she had shrugged off in the past.

the woman just sighed as she started her engine and drove off away from the schools gate.

                                  ***

jiwoo had dozed off in the back of the car because how tired she was with everything. to be honest ever since she came to seoul things had gone downhill and uphill.

like ni-ki's ex trying to invade her home, to now this?

but meeting her new friends were great, of course she missed her old friends rei, and leeseo. but their friendships had worn off due to the long distance.

she hated the fact that she had to move in the first place, but thinking back to the memories she made with her new group of friends, it was surely rememberable.

"jiwoo..!" she had heard a voice calling her name, she wasn't really in deep sleep so she could slightly hear what was going on.

the girl slowly opened her eyes to see her mom calling her name.

"yes?..are we here?" jiwoo rubbed her eyes to get rid of her sleepiness. "well.. almost! but look outside it's snowing!" her mother added on as she smiled to herself.

jiwoo quickly snapped out of her sleepy state and turned to look out the window that was next to her.

it had been snowing. the beautiful snowflakes had fallen on the ground, dozens soon filling the sky as the car drove by.

she positioned her face closer to the window only to back off because of how cold it had suddenly gotten.

the girl slightly chuckled as she made her breath visible on the cars window and drew a heart with her fingers, which felt frozen after she had finished.
