8 • hangout

We all went to the living room to hangout. I sat next to Giselle on the couch. We heard the doorbell ring, we figured it would be Soobin finally arriving.

"Coming!" Karina yelled while making her way towards the door. "Heyy, you finally made it" Karina greeted him. "Oh by the way ma-." Karina was cut off by Soobin.

"Make sure to remove my shoes. Yeah I know, I've been in this house many times Rina." He smiled at her.

Karina returned the smile as she chuckled, while they both made their way into the living room together.

"What was that! Rina? What did I miss?!" Winter said in disbelief.

Karina and Soobin sat next to each other.

"Well...how do I explain this" Karina seemed shy for the first time in forever. "We're dating."

Two 'simple' words shocked everyone there.

"WHAT?" Sunoo gasped

"Since when?!" Ningning said. "Since last week" Karina replied while smiling at him.

"Wah! Yuna look, our cousin dated before us! I envy you Soobin." Winter rolled her eyes playfully.

"Why are we talking about taeyeon's song?" Jungwon said.

"Stupid, she said 'I envy you' not INVU!" Yuna teased him while laughing.

"What's the difference? You're basically saying the same thing." Jungwon blurted out of nowhere.

"It's not! It's I envy you!!" Yuna was starting to get fed up with him.

"Should we stop them from escalating to an argument?" I asked winter.

"Nahh, they'll hug it out sooner or later" winter responded.

After 5 minutes of them ranting on about words that sounded the same, they eventually stopped because they were starting to get tired and confused.

"Hey Jungwon... Let's stop already" Yuna said. "Yeah, Sorry about that." He replied. Yuna put her arms out and Jungwon pulled in for a hug.

"Hey,where did everyone go?" Jungwon said as he pulled away from the hug.

Yuna looked around and found them all the way in the kitchen.

"Why did you guys move?" Yuna said as she approached them with Jungwon. "To let you guys do your thing" winter said while shrugging, as everyone else agreed.

"What do you mean 'do your thing?'" Yuna looked at winter in confusion.

"Oh come on it's so obvious" Jake said—but Jungwon was just smiling in confusion. "Yeah remember that one time you said you liked h-.." Winter said but Yuna quickly yelled to cause distraction.

"Sis!"

"What?" Winter said. " How about we talk about this upstairs in my room?" Karina suggested and everyone but the guys followed her.

" Now look who's the weirdos now" Ni-ki said while laughing.

We finally reached Karinas room and Yuna quickly closed the door shut.

"Okay so from what I heard, before Yuna completely yelled. Yuna likes Jungwon am I correct?" Giselle asked.

"Yes..? Maybe.? No..? Gosh I don't know!" Yuna said. "We are always arguing so that's why I'm confused about my feelings" Yuna frowned.

Everyone in the room cheered

"Why are you guys cheering?" Yuna asked while looking at everyone in confusion.

"Because you like him!" Winter said while smiling. "W-what?! I didn't even say yes though?"

"But you've thought about it that's all that matters sis. Jungwon is single as hell so he needs his girly" Winter said while giggling.

"Winter you can't be talking you still single, neither have you had your first kiss" Giselle sighed.

"Well I kissed my dad!"

Everyone in the room burst out laughing like crazy.

"What..?" It took a moment for winter to realized what she had just said.

"No not like that! When I was 5..!" Winter was terribly embarrassed now.

After we finished laughing Karina asked me a question I wasn't prepared for.

"Sooo, Jiwoo do you like anyone?"

"Oh! Uh.." I was in shock that I couldn't speak properly.

"Perhaps Ni-ki..?" Karina said with a smirk.
