"I want you to kill Dumbledore," Voldemort instructed Draco, and the blond's eyes widened. Hayden smiled behind his mask, otherwise completely blank.

"My-my Lord, you can't, you can't possibly believe me capable-"

"You will do as I ask of you, Draco. But fear not, you will have help." Hayden stepped forward, glancing at his father for confirmation. Voldemort nodded to him, and he smiled as he took his mask off.

Draco gaped at him as he tilted his head.

"What, didn't expect me?" Hayden asked as the blond floundered for words.

"But-but, I..." he stumbled, staring at the boy. Hayden sighed, turning to his father.

"Hayden is to help you at Hogwarts, should you need it," Voldemort's tone suggested that Draco should not need it.

"Bu-but, my Lord, isn't he too loyal to his father to put you first?" Draco managed to spit out, and Hayden rolled his eyes. Voldemort chuckled humorlessly, and Hayden cast multiple privacy charms to ensure that the secret stayed between them.

"Of course he is, but that doesn't matter," Voldemort smiled, beckoning Hayden close. "After all, to whom else is he this loyal?" Hayden practically leapt into his arms, hugging his father tightly.

Draco's eyes widened as he realised exactly who Hayden's father was.

"What!" he exclaimed, forgetting his formalities. Hayden laughed, glancing over his shoulder at the blond.

"It's such a plot twist," he teased, grinning. His father sighed, letting Hayden go from his arms.

"Now, now, Hayden," he chided. "Let's allow dear Draco to plan his assassination."
