Rooster are crowing and bright sunshine has appeared in place of the moonlight that will be missed. Fresh, cool air fills the towns of Talbaridh, providing a refreshing atmosphere after a quiet night.
The activity began, early this morning, some choose to have breakfast, exercise, jog, and so on. Meanwhile, people who are already best friends with the mattress, like a girl named Marwa, choose to sleep 5 minutes longer.
In traditional markets, the aroma of spices and fresh coffee fills the air. Vendors open their stalls, greeting customers with friendliness and smiles. The morning serenity in Talbaridh creates a peaceful atmosphere for a great start to the day.
But the morning the princess slept in today was less than peaceful. Nadirah knocked repeatedly on her sister's bedroom door but there was no answer. She was very annoyed, "If you want to be a princess, don't choose to be a sleeping princess!" Nadirah snapped from the doorstep of Marwa's room.
"Let it be, Nadirah, if she's late she will definitely be punished.." Said her father, who was preparing breakfast.
Because of the loud noise that Marwa heard, she woke up from her sweet dream with great surprise. Marwa slowly opened her eyes, she stretched her body feeling refreshed after a good night's sleep. Marwa got up from her bed, unlocked her bedroom door and went to the dining room. She walked slowly like a living corpse.
"Finally," said Nadirah, who saw Marwa's chaotic appearance after sleeping.
Before sitting down, Marwa picked up a plate and took a piece of bread and piled eggs, tomatoes and lettuce, then put pepper on top. Despite walking like a zombie, she opened her mouth wide while devouring the food.
The harmonious family started their morning with breakfast together, accompanied by an entertaining television programme. Marwa picked up the crispy and soft falafel at the centre of the table, it melted in her mouth and was served with a delicious hummus.
The light sounds of family chatter and smiles fill the room, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. Breakfast at Talbaridh is not just about the food, but also about sharing moments of togetherness and savouring the beauty of a rich culinary tradition.
Marwa's energy was recharged after breakfast, now she was more energised. After washing herself, as usual she was ready in her nurse's uniform. She looked in the mirror while smoothing her hijab, making sure she looked perfect today.
At 7am, Marwa and Nadirah were ready to start their day.
Nadirah is still in junior high school. At her school she is known as a student who has many achievements. While their father, Mr Zamir, was an employee at a container terminal company, he worked hard to make ends meet.
Before she left, Marwa remembered something.
She walked over to her study table and picked up a small picture of her mother. With a faint smile, Marwa stroked the photo with her thumb.
"I'll take my leave, Mum." She said and put the picture frame back. She raised her hands, reciting Al-Fatihah for her mother.
"Marwa, let's go!" Her father said from the living room, he waited for his eldest before locking the door.
"One moment!" After reciting Al-Fatihah, Marwa hurried out of her room.
It was Marwa's habit before she went to work, school, or just to start the day. It started six years ago, in her second year of university. Her mother died of breast cancer, Marwa cried all the way to the hospital until her mother's death.
As usual, Marwa and her sister travelled by car with her father. After dropping Nadirah off at school, her father drove Marwa to Alzarqa Hospital, where Marwa works.
