After Christmas was over, Naomi, Ricky, and Leroy gathered to stop Pamela's lies. They talked to people who were connected to Pamela. New Year's was coming up and to gain the community back that joined together at the church Eric invited them to the house for a New Year's Party. Naomi invited Pamela secretly it was all a part of the plan.

As the New Year's Party unfolded in Eric and Michelle's house, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement. Laughter and cheers filled the air as the countdown to midnight approached.

When Pamela arrived, she couldn't resist being the center of attention. Michelle, noticing Pamela's presence, approached Naomi and asked, "Who invited Pamela?"

Naomi, with a mischievous smile, replied, "I did!
Hey Pamela!" She hugged her.

Pamela exclaimed, "Hey Naomi I haven't seen you since the trunk or treat! How have you been?"

Naomi smiled and said, "Good, I've been hanging out with my family and my boyfriend."

Pamela smiled, "That's great...I'm assuming your mom now knows?"

Naomi nodded her head and Pamela looked at Michelle and said, "Hey Michelle! How are you?"

Michelle rolled her eyes then walked off and Pamela said, "Your mother is the sweetest thing!"

Naomi laughed, "She sure is!"

Eric came over to the kitchen and Pamela said, "Hello Eric! How have you been? I guess I can't call you Pastor Eric anymore since you don't own your church anymore."

Eric sarcastically replied, "I guess I can't claim you as my choir director anymore since you're out of a job now."

Pamela laughed and said, "Being a choir Director wasn't my only job and you should know that. I had another job on the side anyways."

Eric winked and said, "Not for long!"

Ricky walked over to the counter to pour some more fruit punch then Pamela greeted him, "Ricky how have you-"

Ricky interrupted, "-Pamela don't talk to me!"

He took his cup of fruit punch and then left and Pamela was so confused, thinking to herself why was everyone acting weird? Come to think about it the tension in the air was weird.

Leroy came over and said, "Orchid love, midnight is getting close let's get everything together."

Naomi smiled and said, "Okay!"

Pamela said, "Aww y'all are so cute!! Doesn't it feel good to not hide your relationship anymore?"

Leroy smiled and said, "It does because unlike some people we choose not to keep secrets forever."

Leroy kissed Naomi then they walked away leaving Pamela and Eric by themselves.

Pamela said "Eric I just wanna say...no hard feelings right? I mean we all know that you weren't really a good leader and your wife wasn't a really good First Lady."

Eric asked, "Was she never a good First Lady or are you mad because you were never the First Lady?"

Pamela laughed and said, "I was always the First Lady behind closed doors don't forget that baby."
