The afternoon of the concert was a mad rush. They put together last minute costumes, they were the hipsters from the Shake it off music video. They made signs...and they still had to drive five hours to get there.
"You'll make it in plenty of time. No need to worry." Jane tried to calm Miley's nerves.
They gathered to take a picture before they left. After the picture they got in the car and drove away.
After almost five hours of listening to Taylor Swift (not 1989), Miley decided that her new favorite song is "The Lucky One". Finally they pulled up to the a Energy Solutions Center. They could hear the screams from miles away. Jane dropped them off and said,
"Have fun kids! Just call me when you need a ride." And she drove off.
They walked in and found their seats. They put on their complimentary light up bracelets and sat there excitedly waiting for the show to start.
Miley looked over at Jack. He was so cute, she wanted to be friends with him but felt like he didn't want to be friends with her. She didn't realize she was staring until he looked at her weird and said, "What are you looking at?"
"Oh um, sorry." Miley mumbled. She looked up at him again because o could feel him staring at her.
He smiled. "Oh gosh Miley. I thought I was awkward."
Miley blushed and looked down. "ha-ha so funny."
He smiled and was about to say something when Miley heard music starting. She looked at the stage and saw Taylor Swift walking out on stage.
Miley freaked. She starting yelling, clapping, dancing, and singing. "Welcome to New York" ended and "New Romantics" started. Then "Blank Space" and then "I Knew you were Trouble". They were so amazing Miley starting getting emotional.
Miley danced through "I Wish You Would" "How You Get the Girl" "I Know Places" and then "All You Had To Do Was Stay". Hearing the speech before "Clean" almost made Miley lose it.
The concert ended and Jane picked them up.
"How was it?" Jane asked.
"Amazing." Miley responded.
"Incredible." Jennifer responded.
"Awesome." Jack responded.
Jane laughed, "that's good".
That night when Miley was drifting off to sleep she relived the concert. And Miley realized that she was
The Lucky One.
