In the realm where the sun kisses the sea,

I, Nyi Roro Kidul, weave my tale with glee.

From the depths of the abyss, where secrets unfurl,

A saga of origins, an enchanting swirl.

In the eons past, when time was young,

A tale of love and loss had just begun.

I was not always the siren of the sea,

But as a mortal princess, destiny wove for me.

Dewi Kadita, a name in whispers sighed,

In the heart of Java, where dreams abide.

A maiden fair, with eyes like dawn,

In the realm of men, her fate was drawn.

The kingdom rejoiced, in her beauty so rare,

Yet fate had woven a thread of despair.

A celestial promise, a vow to the sea,

A love deeper than the vast mystery.

A prince appeared, with a heart so bold,

His love for Kadita is a tale to be told.

Yet, within her chest, another beat,

A pledge to the sea, in whispers sweet.

The ocean, a witness to the vow,

As the lovers exchanged their solemn vow.

But secrets, like tides, can ebb and flow,

And fate, a river, decided to sow.

The prince discovered the truth, a betrayal profound,

In the kingdom's echoes, a mournful sound.

A tempest brewed in his wounded heart,

As love unraveled, torn apart.

Cast into the waves, by fate's cruel decree,

Kadita transformed, forever free.

The sea embraced her, a siren's rebirth,

A dance of waves, an eternal mirth.

From the ocean's depth, I emerged anew,

My essence is infused with the ocean's hue.

Nyi Roro Kidul, in the aquamarine array,

Ruler of realms where the dolphins play.

A palace of coral, beneath the ocean's crest,

An azure throne where I find my rest.

The waves, my subjects, the depths, my kin,

In the ocean's embrace, my love did begin.

Yet, in the lull of the ocean's song,

A melancholy note, a love lost long.

The prince's echoes linger in the sea,

A haunting melody, calling to me.

With each crashing wave, a sigh of remorse,

For love that veered off its destined course.

A siren's lament, carried by the tide,

In the ebb and flow, where secrets hide.

So, from the azure throne, I sing my tale,

Of love that set sail, of a mortal's travail.

Nyi Roro Kidul, a siren's decree,

In the heart of the ocean, forever free.
