After Krys and Charlotte finished up with their clients, Will treated them both to a really nice dinner. Krys kept insisting she pay for herself but Will was a true gentleman and refused to let her. Will was thoughtful and knew Krys was Charlotte's best friend. He wanted to show respect for her as he did for the woman he was falling for.
During dinner, Will was himself. Charlotte loved watching the man she really liked and her best friend hitting it off. Krys was a huge gamer and her and Will bonded over their video game choices.

They all chatted and laughed with each other, sharing a few drinks and having a great night. Will insisted that he was going to get a hotel room, where he had stayed before when him and Charlotte first met, but she insisted he stay with her at her apartment. She knew he was a respectful kind of guy and wouldn't have offered if she didn't get the good vibes she did from him.

Her apartment was rather small but she was proud of her accomplishments, and  she didn't require a lot of room considering it was just her and she spent a majority of her time at her tattoo shop.

Her apartment looked as if it belonged to a minimalist. There wasn't a lot of clutter or trinkets , but everything was certainly
neat, and in its place. Although she never expected guests, Charlotte took care of her space and kept it tidy. She had a collection of  plants around her apartment with random pieces of art on the walls and her place was warm and cozy. It didn't take long for Will to feel comfortable.

Him and Charlotte sat on the couch together, curled up with a crocheted blanket. Charlotte was leaning into Will, as he rested his arm around her and pulled her to him naturally. Everything between them was so organic as if it was just meant to be this way. Charlotte usually felt so shy around people but getting to know Will was so comforting to her and she was captivated by his angelic personality. Some days, she had even questioned as to whether or not it was too good to be true.

Charlotte made them a simple dinner of homemade spaghetti while Will "helped" and they enjoyed each others company and catching up even though they spoke daily leading up until now. Charlotte and Will were in the middle of Charlotte's favorite movie of all time, The VVitch by Robert Eggers. They watched it in the dark, curled up into each other. Throughout the movie, Charlotte felt her mind wandering off, searching for the confidence to make a move on Will. As if he could read her thoughts, Will turned to Charlotte and locked eyes with her. He spoke quietly barely above a whisper.

"I really missed you, and I'm so glad I'm here with you, beautiful." He confessed. Charlotte felt her cheeks get hot searching for her response in her head.

"I'm happy you're here too, Will. I almost kind of thought I wouldn't see you again."
Will suddenly reached over with his free hand that wasn't around Charlotte and entangled his fingers with hers. They both looked down at their interlocked fingers and then looked back at each other.

"There's no fucking way on earth I would let that happen. As soon as I left you, I knew I wanted to come back to you as soon as possible."

Charlotte felt her stomach flop and her hair raise on the back of her neck as the space between her and Will's faces grew smaller. Charlotte was on guard and part of her was wondering if Will was feeding her bullshit like some people had in the past. But she had to keep telling herself, mentally, that Will was not someone from her past and she had to try and give him a fair chance and trust what he was saying. Will continued showering her with the reassurance she didn't know she was craving.

"As soon as I met you, I knew I couldn't let you slip away." Will finished his thoughts and gently touched his lips to hers. He was still reserved just wanting to make sure she was comfortable with it. Charlotte immediately let Will in, as this was everything she had been hoping for as they grew closer over the last few weeks. Will parted her lips gently with his tongue as Charlotte leaned in closer, massaging her tongue against his. It came so naturally to them and neither of them wanted to stop. They continued to kiss each other, growing more hungry as they got used to how the other one felt. They kept their hands entangled and remained close for the remainder of the movie, Will sneaking occasional gentle kisses, taking advantage of their new stepping stone. Charlotte and Will eventually ended up falling asleep entangled in each other on Charlotte's couch, both of them sleeping so much better than they had in months.
