Summary: Joe gets jealous of yours and Ja'Marr's friendship

Joe was in the fourth quarter of one of the biggest games of the year with just a minute left to go, the AFC championship! I was so proud of him and this team. From how they've started to now I was so proud. I was sitting in the stands with Evan's wife Kaitlynn and Sam's girlfriend Jess, who have all become like my best friends since meeting them.
I had met Joe about a year ago one night at a bar through my best friend Ja'Marr and now me and Joe are dating and the happiest we have ever been! This game has been such a nail biting game that I am almost ready for it to be ever so my stress levels can go back to normal. Right now the Bengals were winning 34-17 against the Baltimore Ravens. It was Bengals ball and if they can get one more touchdown that would be great but if not then either way Bengals win and go to the Super Bowl.
The Bengals were in Ravens territory still and not gaining much yards as Joe gets the ball he looks around and sees Ja'Marr heading to the end zone so he throws the ball the way to Ja'Marr who makes in the end zone for the touchdown just as the time was running out. Before we know it the game has ended and the Bengals won. Everyone in the stands was ecstatic and just jumping up and down in the stadium. I turned to the girls so shocked and just hug them before we all go onto the field.
Joe
I can't believe that we had just won and we're going to the Super Bowl. I was looking around for Y/N knowing she should be on the field soon but I kept getting stopped by players from both sides. I look and then see her however she is hugging Ja'Marr as he is picking her up and spinning. She has the biggest smile on her face and it just makes my face drop. I still walk up and she soon notices me and runs up hugging me "I am so proud of you!" she says as I hug back just not as tightly as she is.
She soon pulls away and kisses me but I barely even kiss back. Just the imagine of them hugging is continuing in my brain. I mean how could she do that? How could she run up to Ja'Marr and hug him like that and then come to me? I just shake it off and walk off not saying another word.

I watch Joe so shocked at what just happened but I shrug it off and walk to where everyone waits for the players to come out of the locker rooms. I was talking with Jess and Kaitlynn telling them what just happened "Uh oh sounds like Joe got a little jealous" Jess says. I laugh thinking she's crazy "There's not way! Why would he be jealous?" I ask. Kaitlynn shrugs "Because of the way you two hugged?" she says. I think about it maybe she's right. It's not like I meant to, I was hoping for Joe to do the same thing.
The boys all come out and I smile seeing Joe come up "There he is" I say and he just nods walking to the car. I look at the girls and they both give me a look so I walk up to Joe stopping him "What's your problem?" I ask and he shakes his head "Not here we will discuss at home" he says. I scoff and walk to the car with him getting in and he eventually does too driving home.
The ride home was full of tension and I couldn't take it anymore so I speak up "If you're jealous of the bug between me and Ja'Marr he hugged me first, it literally meant nothing" I say and he laughs "Yeah right, I mean why wouldn't you like him? He's more like you then anything" he says. I look at him like he's crazy "Are you crazy? Joe I love you and only you I don't want to be with anyone" I say as he pulls up and looks at me. I turn to him more "You have nothing to worry about between me and him ok? I only want to be with you" I say. He sighs and nods "I guess I was just jealous I mean you two have known each other longer and I was just hoping to get to you first" he says. I put my hand on his cheek looking at him "I wanted to get to you first too but Ja'Marr happened to see me" I say and lean in kissing him lightly and then pull away "But if you follow me inside I can show you how much I love you and only want to be with you" I say winking getting out of the car.
And that night I did just that!
