3 Person POV~
"Is he going to be okay?" Vex asked worryingly. Asriel had a soul of kindness and was trying to heal the injured Sans. It was of no use. Asriel didn't know this, but Sans only had 1HP. As almost everyone in the underground knows, Sans isn't a 'normal' monster.
She took off her cloak and began to wrap his wounds. Asriel never answered Vex, which led to Papyrus to panic about his brothers condition. He sat is silence watching Sans intensely. Sans eyelights began to flicker alive. His eye lights were a bright white. It reminded Vex of the snow in Snowdin. Sans sat up and paniced. "Who are you guys? Where's my brother? What happened?" Papyrus immediately rushed to his older brother and tackled him with a hug. With a grunt, Sans hugged back. "Careful bro, I'm only at 33...." With this, Paps started to cry. "Hay, it's alright bro. I'm ganna be fine."
Vex POV~
It was nice to see two brothers care so much for each other. On the other hand, Sams stare wasn't a pleasant thing to feel... or see. His eyelights were gone, leaving an empty black void in his sockets. It sent a shiver down my spine. It felt as if he was judging Azzy and I. Honestly, I would be a little judgmental if my brother was the only thing that mattered. Azzy finally broke the tension. " So uh.... how are you feeling?" Sans' eyelights came back, but were dim, almost non-existent. "I'll be alright. But you never answered my questions. Who are you guys and what happened?" His voice was laced with hidden caution and fear.
"Well, you got into a fight with some Aaron's." My brother answered quickly.
"I'm Vex, and this is my brother Asriel." I followed suit.
"Brother!? Well, today's a first for everything I guess." The skeleton picked his brother up as he stood. "I'm Sans. Sans the skeleton. And this is my bro Papyrus. It seems we've gotten off to a 'rocky' start but thanks." He held out his hand, but I was trying my best not to laugh. I could see Azzy's fur standing. I couldn't control my laughter. I burst out laughing with tears rolling down my cheeks. The way Azzy glared at me made me laugh harder. I calmed myself to see Sans smiling for real and his brother staring at him with a babyish attitude. Papyrus frowned, huffed, and tried to push off his brother. I giggled and Azzy pushed me, almost making me fall. When I turned to confront him, he grinned his signature grin and crossed his arms.
"Well, I would hate ta ruin whatever is goin on here, but we got plans ta get to. So if yah don't mind-"
"NO!" That's all I said. That's all I could say. The skeleton turned to look me in the eye curiously. "U- uh, what she means is your still hurt. W- we can't let you leave without helping you." I let go of the breath I was holding. Sans signed and blinked. "You two can't heal me no matter how hard ya try. I'm not what you would call 'normal'."
"What does 'normal' have to do with healing? Healing is healing regardless of who your healing." Azzy protested, oddly calming. Like Mom, he gets worked up when so!some says something that isn't true about healing. Sans frowned. "Check my HP again..." His voice was a bit cold and he narrowed his eye lids. Azzy gasped with wide eyes.
His health shouldn't be that low, and even if it was, I don't think anyone would be willing to kill someone. I checked Sans and froze.
Name: Sans ATK: 1 HP: 0.33
LV: 1 DEF: 1 My brother is all that matters...
Only 1HP......... HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?! HE SHPULD BE DEAD AFTER THAT BEATING!
"Now I don't want you two goin around tellin people I only have 1HP. I'll be fine though, don't worry bout me." Sans smiles and winked. I don't know how or why, but ever sense then, we've been friends.
