Reunion

And that's where I began to break down.

I covered my face as I cried, not wanting to let anyone see me like this.

Silence resumed.

I cried harder, wiping tears away even though new ones came to replace what I had wiped away.

"Eve you idiot! I've always liked you! You were the only one on my mind!" Add looked like he was struggling to hold back tears.

I stumble back in surprise, as my tears came to a stop. But they began to form in eyes once more.

"R-Really? I-I-I-I-" I couldn't speak, and my mind was too scattered, but my legs started moving towards Add.

I began to pick up my pace, till I was running at full speed.

"Add!" I yelled his name with all the energy I had left from running.

I ran to him, my arms ready to hold and hug him tight. To finally tell him "I love you too."

But gravity had it other wise.

I ran straight to him, about to hug him, when I tripped over a rough patch on the ground. Suddenly, I saw the grounder getting closer and closer.

I tried to regain balance, but I was Tom unsteady. My arms flailed out as I closed my eyes and waited for me to hit the ground.

But the ground never came.

I looked up.

Right before was Add himself, holding me closely tight in a hug.

"Clumsy idiot."

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm s-" Add placed his finger on my lips and shook his head. I began to cry.

I cried in the arms of the one I loved. And he loved me back.
