The fight has been going on for what felt like hours. Every injury the man sustained was healed within a minute. The woman, however, was covered in gashes, cuts, and scraps. Blood was dripping from her nose. She was wavering. The axe broke a while ago, and her knuckles have ripped open.
Spinning around, she tried to block a kick. It caught her in the gut and flung her away. The woman tried to get back up but dropped back down. The man let out a menacing cackle.
"You didn't have a chance!" He said, walking towards her.
"I'm going to rip you to pieces and stuff myself full."
The man stopped right beside her. He started to reach down to her, ready to devour.
Suddenly, there was the sound of rushing footsteps. Turning around, the man's face changed from triumphant to anger and disgust.
"Damn you! I'll ki....." his head dropped to the ground.
A pair of black tabi and wooden geta stepped into the woman line of sight, but she couldn't keep her eyes open for much longer. Blood was oozing from her stomach and head. Trying to look up, the only thing she was able to get a glimpse of was a black outfit.
