"We should pick up some candles, and maybe some lysol wipes?" Sam chuckled slightly, sipping on his massive Mcdonald's soda cup. Colby was so wrapped up in his own thoughts that he didn't even get food, filled up on the anticipation of getting back into that room. "Colby?" Sam snapped to gain his attention.

"Sorry, just a little tired." Colby lied. "I think that's a good idea. Maybe we can split up when we get back? I know we only have one camera but most of the stuff happens when we're alone." Sam nodded, putting the car into drive and traveling to the nearest CVS, buying the necessary equipment.

It had just turned three in the morning when the two boys returned back to the apartment building, laying their bags and the camera onto the counter, Sam showing off what the two of them picked up from CVS. "Alright, so we got some wipes, since it's especially dusty, some candles for..." Colby blocked out Sam's voice as he drifted over to the photos hanging on the wall again. Colby focused real hard, trying to imagine this girl in real life. She couldn't be older than twenty, and was by far the youngest in the photo. However, her smile was very mature and seemingly held years of knowledge in her eyes, which Colby hoped were green.

"...alright, that's it. So Colby, which room do you want to take." Colby tuned Sam back in just in time, walking back into the frame of the camera.

"I want to go back to room seventeen." He abruptly claimed, Sam laughing softly at his urgency to return.

"Okay freak. As long as you don't start trying on the pretty ballgowns." Sam teased. I'll take room 6, unlucky numbers are my favorite." He decided as they began to walk up the stairs. "Colby and I were fooling around earlier, so we only have one camera." Sam sighed.

"I promise to tell you guys about every little thing I encounter while I'm gone. Goodbye." Colby blew a kiss to the camera as Sam got off on the first floor, Colby continuing up the stairs to the second floor. He entered the apartment, CVS bag in hand as he nervously walked back into the bedroom, his heart now thudding in his ears. He began to unpack the candles out of the plastic container they were trapped in, laying them out on the bed. He took out a small pink bottle of perfume, seeing it near the counter of the store and insisted Sam buy it. He thought it would be more enjoyable than smelling lysol wipes for the next hour.

"Hello? Is anyone there?" Colby called out, his voice echoing in the silence against the white walls. "I know you're here, please tell me something." Colby whined, pleading for a response. He felt his phone ding in his pocked as he went to check it, the device instantly falling dead, even though he knew it was close to fully charged. "You want to play games, huh?" Colby chuckled, eyes darting around the room. "How can I get you to communicate with me?" He searched for ideas, taking the candles and deciding to mount them into the holders on the wall.

"I got you a couple gifts." He called out, ignoring all the voices in his head telling him he was silly for speaking to himself. "I noticed you liked pink, so I decided to get you this daisy perfume. Light a candle if you like it?" He squinted his eyes shut, hoping for some sort of reaction.

He heard a flame light, whipping his head to see the first candle had lit up.
