Colby had just hopped out of the shower, taking the blow dryer to his head as he combed through his hand through his hair. Standing in nothing but a towel, Colby looked through his closest, playing it safe as he slipped on a black tank top and a pair of jeans. Despite doing his hair he put a white hat on backwards, standing in front of his mirror as he looked at his face, grabbing onto his skin as he decided to not shave and leave the slight mustache growing.

"Thanks for trying." Sam remarked sarcastically as Colby rolled his eyes. Sam was wearing a dress shirt, something Colby couldn't bother to do. It was too much effort for a night he was already dreading. "We're going to Playhouse, I told you dress nice." Sam sighed.

"What does it matter, I'm not trying to impress anyone." Colby bit his tongue hard as Sam brushed past the comment.

"It wouldn't kill you to try." Colby bumped his friend, attempting to remove the frown that was now plastered on his face.

"Come on, we're going to have a good night. Let's go." The two boys made their way out to the uber as Corey and Jake waited by the car.

"Let's fucking go!" Jake and Corey shook Colby intensely as he began to laugh. "it's been weeks since you've been out with us dude? What happen to my favorite Slutty Cole?" Jake wrapped his arm around Colby. I fell in love.

"I've been tired, and busy. Got some things I've been working on." Colby made excuses as the boys mocked him.

"Whatever man, let's have fun and get drunk!" The uber pulled up to the club as they all rushed out, showing their IDs and slipping into the VIP area. Instantly Colby recognized a couple influencers as he went to go and introduce himself. He bought a couple girls some drinks and by halfway through the night he was a little tipsy. He truly was happy though, Colby loved this type of environment: loud music and partying. He really wanted to enjoy his twenties without feeling guilty.

"You alright?" someone said as Colby shook out of his inner monologue. "I said are you alright, you looked pretty deep in thought there." A woman with dyed blue hair giggled.

"Sorry, just needed to catch a breath." Colby looked into her eyes as he instantly felt a sense of familiarity. "I'm sorry, I don't think we met." He stood up, offering his hand to her as she giggled.

"We actually did meet about thirty minutes ago. You must be pretty drunk." She giggled as Colby leaned against the wall.

"No I remember, that's just my usual pick up line." He winked, shooting her one of his famous smiles as she blushed. It worked like a charm and within a minute she was dragging him to the corner of the club, lips locked as Colby was shoved down onto the bench. Her hand grabbed onto Colby's face, sharp nails digging into the side of his face. She began to kiss down Colby's neck, leaving painful marks that Colby normally enjoyed. But something wasn't right, a pit beginning to form in Colby's chest.

Thankfully Sam called his name, the girl handing Colby a slip of paper with her phone number on it. She pressed her lips to the page, leaving a bright red lipstick mark in the corner as she whispered in his ear, "call me." Winking as the boys dragged him back into the uber, the three of them plotting.

"Where are we going?" Colby slurred, the boys glancing at his neck as they all teased him. Colby couldn't understand a word that was being said, his head spinning. "I said where are we going?" He repeated louder as Sam cackled.

"Ghost hunting, duh! We have access till the end of the month!" Colby's face dropped as the car pulled up to the side of the apartment building. "We're here."
