After what feels like weeks, I finally have everything unpacked. These past few days have been exhausting.

From traveling from Australia to Los Angeles and unpacking everything. I'm just happy I had Max's help.

I bought my apartment furnished since I couldn't bring anything like that on the plane.

I'm going to miss Australia but I'm excited about this new chapter in my life.

All I really know is Australia. I've been to the states before to visit family and I lived here the first couple years of my life.

I was ready to leave Australia behind and my past. I walked into my living room, tying my hair into a messy bun.

As I went into my kitchen to try to find something to eat for breakfast, my front door opened revealing my cousin.

I smiled as she walked in. "You know there's a thing called knocking right?" I asked while laughing.

She just shrugged while sitting down at my Island. I know when I lived here, the two of us used to be close.

Hopefully the two of us can get close again. "So, I have an invitation for you." She started.

I raised my eyebrows to look at her as I grabbed a bowl for cereal.

"Sam and Colby are throwing a beginning of summer party and I want you to come." I grimaced.

I've briefly met Sam and Colby before. It was one summer when I came to visit and my mom face timed Max so we could talk to her.

She was with them in Los Angeles so we briefly introduced ourselves to them. Other than that, I've never actually met them.

I do watch their videos and they seem like genuine people.

I know they hit nine million subscribers a month ago and they're trying to hit ten million so they can spend a week in the conjuring house.

Max said that if they go, she was going to join them for a night. It was kinda intimidating having a famous cousin.

Almost everyone she knows has a social following. It makes me sorta nervous to meet everyone in her friend group.

"I don't know, I start at the studio tomorrow so I don't want to drink or anything." I got my degree in dance education and choreography.

I'm going to be teaching a hip hop class to primary age kids and I also joined their dance team.

I'm going to be there almost every afternoon teaching them and we have practice almost every day too.

I was nervous about it but I was excited. "You don't even have to drink or stay there long, I just want you to meet everyone." She tells me.

"Especially Colby." I know her and Colby are dating, and have been for a couple months.

She explained everything to me when she picked me up from the airport.

She told me how Colby started talking to her ex best friend and she got jealous because she realized she had feelings for Colby.

I remember seeing pictures of her and Sean floating around twitter and was a little confused but didn't think much of it.

It's a crazy story. I would love to go to a party, but there's going to be a lot of people there.

I do want to meet Colby though so I sigh. "Only for a couple of hours but I'm not drinking." I tell her.

A big ass smile flashed on her face when I said that. "I'll send you the address. I'll be there a little early." I nodded my head towards her.

I started eating my cereal as she explained what I should expect. It's going to be my first influencer party so it was going to be wild.
