Everyone in the room was in shock and they could feel the tension and heat rising. They knew that that conversation was only going to get worse from there... and surprisingly, a few of them remained behind, like Daya. Mima wanted nothing to do with what was about to go down.
“Oh finally! Since you wanted a private conversation, I'm going to give one to you.” Bella shrugged off as if being free of a certain weight from her shoulders. “Finally! I’ve been wanting to say a lot to you so let me say it anyway since we’re already here, oh hail Caldor Clint!”
“Don’t...”
“No!” she snapped stopping him, “Don’t you interrupt me when I’m speaking or I’ll show you the same courtesy, it’s called mutual respect.”
Caldor’s mouth was a gap in shock.
“What makes you think that the whole world would do as you ask? Who made you the decisive figure for everyone?"
"Don't disrespect me!"
"I'm not disrespecting you, I'm asking." she slightly raises her voice. "I did not disrespect you and I never did. My second name is my father’s name, I cannot tell you of my order and yes, I am a traveler so I do come from everywhere. I passed that little ultimatum of yours so easily I might say that I even found it ridiculous.
“If I had used my own fighting skills, it would’ve taken me much less time. Did you really think I didn’t know what you were doing, trying to figure out my order from my moves? Do you really think I would use them? I actually thought you’d be wise to catch up on that seeing as you are from the Dragon’s Flame Order...”
“Ms. Hey...”
“Interrupt me one more time and you’ll see just how much I can disrespect you.” she threatened him with a firm voice and once again he was left in shock. “You know, I just don’t understand you, Caldor. One moment you’re as rude as ever and the next you want to help me. You are ice and then you’re suddenly fire... And not in a good way may I add. YOU’RE SO FUCKING FRUSTRATING!”
“Ms. Heydar...” It almost came out like a roar.
“Don’t Ms. Heydar me!! I’m not needed in Greyenvir... Hell, you don’t even need me there seeing as I’m never invited to your little class. No one wants me there... no one wants a freak...”
That almost made him slump in guilt.
“I want you there!” Mia interrupted.
Bella cut her a dark look that made Mia feel small then gave a half-chocked laugh, “Well look who’s talking? Too bad the majority wins.” Mia sank in her chair knowing exactly what Bella was talking about. She felt her eyes sting “Aww! Don’t tell me you’re going to cry! For gods’ sake keep your crocodile tears to yourself.”
“Hey! No need to be rude to her!” Eron told her.
“Do you really want me to be rude, blondie!” Bella warned. “Because I have countless things to say to you, my dark prince! Because all that ever comes from your mouth is foul. So don't give me teachings about morals.”
Caesar held Eron’s shoulder to stop him from reacting and he didn’t.
“You should be happy! Hurray! One freak less... I hope Minerva makes the same choice and you’ll all finally be at peace.” She turned to Caldor.
“So this is what this is about?” Caldor said.
“Mhh! I don’t know! Partly!” Bella said, “Why don’t you tell me? I’ve always wanted to know. Let’s start with you. Why are you always upset with me? Always threatening me... even when I do nothing wrong? You’re so hard to please... not that I'm trying to please you... why do you hate me?”
