Walking to the table, he sits down on the chair. Jackie sits beside him on his right. Strolling to the stove, Natalie turns on the right corner, burner. Grabbing the kettle, she fills it up with water and places it back on the burner. Sighing, she grabs her empty mug from the sink and puts it on the counter, near the stove. Opening the fridge, she grabs the milk, setting it on the counter.

"Why are you making tea instead of eating dinner with us?" Luke quizzes. He sits beside Olivia across from Jackie and Jonah. Scarlett sits down on the other side of Jonah.

"Demons only eat once a month. I already ate during this month," Natalie informs him. She leans her back against the counter.

"It must suck to be a demon," Luke tells her before he puts some food on his plate.

"Not really. I don't have to worry about getting hungry every single day," Natalie shrugs. She stares at them with her arms crossed.

"That is indeed true," Scarlett agrees. She takes a bite out of her food.

"But what is going between you two?" Jonah refers to Olivia and Luke. He knows his sister won't say anything.

"I thought it was quite obvious that we are dating now," Luke points out. He chews and swallows his food. Jackie just rolls her eyes at him without saying anything.

"On the same day you two met each other?" Scarlett asks, raising an eyebrow.

"It's called love at first sight," Olivia states the obvious. She takes a sip out of her juice.

"Is there even such thing as love at first sight?" Natalie puzzles.

The steam starts coming out of the kettle. Turning off the burner, Natalie grabs the handle and pours the hot water into her empty mug. After putting the kettle on the burner, she grabs a tea bag from the container and puts it in her mug. Picking up the milk, she pours some liquid into her mug.

Opening the fridge, Natalie places the milk on the shelf before she closes the door and goes back to her mug. Pulling the drawer, she grabs a spoon from its section. She twirls the spoon in her cup before she takes the tea bag out. She throws the tea bag in the garbage, under the sink.

"Of course, there's such thing as love at first sight. It's rare to see it," Jackie coldly responds. Turning around, Natalie stares at them with her mug is in her right hand.

"What do you mean by that?" Natalie questions her.

"What she meant is most people don't feel anything towards another person at first sight. There are people who only care about themselves. They don't believe such thing as love at first sight," Jonah spills.

"I'm guessing that is what happens in your world," Luke hums. He closest to finishing his food. Jackie and Jonah are done with their meals. Olivia, also, close to finishing her dish.

"Our world isn't the most peaceful place to be in," Jackie huffs.

"Why don't you guys stay here in this world, then?" Olivia suggests.

"That doesn't sound too bad," Jonah shrugs. He looks over to Jackie. "But what do you think?"

"I'd rather put up with these annoying brats than deal with the humans and vampires who battle each other for pointless reasons," Jackie coldly says with a monotone expression.

"I don't know if we should be flattered or be insulted by your respond," Scarlett comments.

"I suggest you take that as a compliment. Nobody knows when it will be the next time, she says something nice," Jonah chuckles. His hand accidentally touches her hand.
