Atlantis is a beautiful city that embodies the link between magic, nature, and Mankind. A city that values mother nature but also adapts and weaves magic into everything they do.
Magic Bearers, people who are sometimes luckier than mundane humans. People who can push beyond the natural and bend matter with magic. Passed doen through genetics of course.
Then there's the King of Atlantis - a righteous man indeed - he strives to virtue and respect but rules with a justified iron fist. He even has a council of people who help give him insight into aspects he doesn't know of, like social problems on the lower and moddle class, female sectors- etc. But his always been closer with the councilor of Maguc Bearers , Victor Valhalu. Or at least EX-councilor. Who changed his name to VAATU and tried to bring down Atlantis and seize the throne
He still failed nonetheless, but with his punishment , all magic bearers were banished from Atlantis and as time grew on technology evolved to fill the gap that magic leavt and so in darkness - far from the city - Vaatu grew darker and stronger before just disappearing...
