Spencer never really had a childhood, his father absent and his mother a schizophrenic. Rossi and Hotch step in and help him out, something to help him cope. The team step in as his aunts/uncles and are more than happy to help their pretty boy.
Today Rossi and Hotch were taking the two toddlers out for their very first cinema experience, they didn't know it was happening yet as they knew that they'd be very excited and would want to go immediately so they had to keep it as a small secret for now.
"Do you think we should take the pushchair?" Hotch asks.
"I think it might be too much hassle for when we go in, might be best to just leave it. I mean we'll only be going to the car and then the cinema and back to the car again" he says as he whispered the word 'cinema'.
"Yeah, you're right. Besides they have plenty of hands to hold" Hotch chuckles as of course everyone was coming to see them and go to the cinema with them.
"Dada" Garcia comes through whining.
"Yes honey?"
"Spence taked my pwincess" she pouts.
"Ok come on" he gets up and takes her hand whilst Rossi made a start on lunch.
"Spencer? Did you take Garcia's princess doll?" Hotch asks him once he entered the play room.
"Nu uh" he says as he crosses his arms.
"Spencer? The truth please" he tells him as he spotted the doll lying next to Spencer's leg.
"Hmm" he huffs before throwing the doll their way.
"Hey, we do not throw things"
"Now I want you guys to play nicely please or else we won't be going out tonight" he tells them.
"Ou'? Where?" Spencer turns and asks.
"Well it's a surprise so I want you guys to play nicely please" he reminds them again. He leaves them too it before heading back to the kitchen where Rossi was almost finished making lunch.
"How'd it go in there?" He smirked at Hotch as he had heard something was thrown.
"Not too bad, Garcia got her doll back..well thrown but she got it back"
"Ok well I'll go get them, mind serving up the table?"
"Sure" Rossi grabs the two toddlers whilst Hotch started plating the food and setting it up the table. They have lunch and play for a bit until it was time for a nap. Whilst they napped everyone had turned up and Rossi and Hotch got clothes together and bags packed. Hotch went and got Garcia once she woke up whilst Rossi got Spencer.
"Eve'one 'ere dada?" Garcia asks him as he helped her into a white spotty vest top, a pair of pink leggings and the matching light green Minnie Mouse jumper.
