Spencer never really had a childhood, his father absent and his mother a schizophrenic. Rossi and Hotch step in and help him out, something to help him cope. The team step in as his aunts/uncles and are more than happy to help their pretty boy.
Over the last few days, Garcia had been a bit clingy to both Hotch and Rossi and they couldn't figure out why. They just hoped it wasn't a repeat of when Spencer went through that phase that they had to get professional help.
"Ok honey, we need to get dressed" Hotch says as he carried her upstairs. The others were soon coming over in hopes of getting Garcia to go to someone else for a few minutes.
"Want to wear your Minnie Mouse dress?" He asks her as he held it up.
"Yeah dada" she cheers.
"Alright, let me find some tights and a vest for you" he soon helps Garcia get dressed into a dark pink butterfly vest top, a pair of pink tights and a purple Minnie Mouse jumper dress.

"Right Miss Minnie, let's go see how papas doing" he says as they headed to Spencer's room.
"Oh look at that, we're now finished getting dressed" Rossi says just as he slipped Spencer's jumper over him. He wore a light blue short sleeve bodysuit and a blue transport jogger and jumper set.
