Spencer never really had a childhood, his father absent and his mother a schizophrenic. Rossi and Hotch step in and help him out, something to help him cope. The team step in as his aunts/uncles and are more than happy to help their pretty boy.
Hotch and Rossi decided to spend the next couple of days having some one on one quality time with each toddler. Rossi would be taking Garcia out for the day whilst Hotch was staying in with Spencer.
"I'm just gonna grab some clothes for them, do you mind starting to pack a bag for Garica please?" Rossi asks.
"Sure" Whilst Rossi headed on up to grab some clothes, Hotch started gathering some things together to put into Garcia's bag.
"Ah dada" Spencer comes crawling over to him.
"Oh hi buddy, everything alright?" He coos at him once he picks him up.
"Dada" Spencer giggles.
"That's right munchkin" he chuckles before giving him a kiss on the cheek. Rossi soon comes back down with some cloths and decides to get Garcia changed first once he saw that Spencer was content in Hotch's arms.
"Ok you, clothes on" he chuckles at Garcia. He gets her dressed into a pair of pink bunny leggings, a long sleeve pink bunny t shirt and a pink bunny jumper.

"Bunny" she giggles as she looked at her outfit.
"That's right, papa thought you might like to wear this today"
"Fank wou papa" she hugs him.
"You're welcome" he kisses her head.
"Alright, let's see if Spence will let me change him now" Rossi heads into the kitchen and tries to get Spencer to come to him.
