Chapter 1 The skeleton king:
The reanimated skeleton managed to locate a boat after running away into a forest. The boat turned on and the Skelton continued travelling till it came to a stop. It discovers land, in particular Conai island, after a few days and builds a hut to live there. A few weeks later, William, a necromancer, discovers the skeleton's shack while strolling and knocks on the door. When he follows the skeleton's instructions to enter, he discovers a crown resting on the mantel piece. The skeleton tells William that he recently discovered it in an old chest when he is asked where he obtained it. He now goes under the moniker of the skeleton king and desires to raise an army.

The Skeleton King grants William's request to join and informs him that he will be allowed to lead the necromancers guild. William beams, having at last been given permission to carry out a significant task. They start working on a logo for their upcoming army, but they must first come up with a name. Red skies is the title that the Skeleton King comes up with since, in his imagination, earth is the new hell. William agrees that's a great idea and knows right away what the logo ought to be.

Chapter 2 A threat arises:
Following the creation of their army's name and emblem, William and the Skeleton King begin preparing their forces. William points out that they could start producing weapons, ammunition, and armour at a nearby old forge that contains the bodies of a number of former employees. He is instructed to go and accomplish it by the skeleton king once they have created some royal guards. William gives a nod, and they go out to find the ideal people for that part.

They discover a pair of twins who were well-known for body building and wrestling while perusing the nearby cemeteries. Born in 1915, the twins were given the names James and Daniel, and their parents began training them when they were ten years old. They were trained in both sword and fist fighting techniques. Thus, William and the Skeleton King think they would make the ideal royal guard duo.

They raise them and promise the twins that if they work diligently for them, they would become immortal. The skeleton king responds that in order for them to begin working right now, all of the workers' bodies in the old forge must be transported to the right spots after the twins agree inquire about their first task. William and the Skeleton King laugh at the prospect of a prosperous future while the twins get to work. After the twins complete their work and William brings the workers back to life, their army is able to begin.
Chapter 3 Mercia's revenge:
At any cost, Mercia swears to exact revenge for her brother's untimely demise. Some people will stand with her, but none will get in her way. Her motivation is pure: she has to kill the Skeleton King for Manilla, regardless of the means or timing. Mercia is told by Juuso and Lucifer that they will support her and will enlist the aid of some of their friends to help her complete the task at hand. With a nod, Mercia thanks them. The skeleton may cause even more death and ruin if its power increases. Mercia must stop the skeleton in order to stop the world's perpetual state of suffering since she cannot allow it to occur.
