Chapter 15: Secrets still Remain

[With Lilith...]

The contestants arrive in the Aotu Lobby after receiving their point card, Lilith arrives shortly after Leo.

"Well, we definitely owe that kid now."

Leo states but then starts to have a anxious expression.

"What's up?"

Her sister asks, wanting to know what's on his mind.

"Is there anything off you noticed about King?"

He asks her, she was a bit silent for a moment then answers him.

"Actually.... I noticed that something was wrong with him from the last battle."

She states.

I have my suspicions but I shouldn't be sure of anything without knowing the whole story myself...she thought to herself.

"I have a hunch but I'm still not sure."

He said uncertain of what he saw before.

"Well, other than that..."

He changes the subject, he looks around and continues.

"It seems like the others have arrived."

He signals his eyes over to Grey, Kalie and Lemon.

"King's not here yet."

She worries.

As Godrose's party arrives, they briefly pass over to Grey and the others, moving on. Just then King finally arrives, he almost falls on the ground but Grey catches him before he could.

"He took a while."

Leo comments.

Suddenly a black hole appears behind King, then Silver and Shitou steps out. Surprising everyone in the Lobby.

Godrose annoyed by the situation, attacks Silver with his staff and Silver retaliates with his fist. The ground shakes from the result of their conflict.

"Silver! How dare you show up in front of me again."

Godrose states

"Out of the way."

Silver responds and they both step back from each other.

The Aotu Lobby has a system warning of forbidden conflict in the grounds, the staff bots try to remind them to stop fighting but fails to do so.

"I couldn't eliminate you guys at the Labyrinth Star but I'll make up for that now."

Godrose declares, he points his weapon at them.

Ray steps in as well, it seems like he will join the fight. The three glares at each other, ready to fight at any moment.

"I know they're arrogant and all but... they won't fight here since this is The Main Hall..right??"

Leo asks Lilith.

"Oh, they won't have to because Daniel will take care of them."

And just as she said that, Daniel calls to them.

"All contestants, please remain orderly. Combat is forbidden in the Main Hall or else all disobedience against the rules will be treated as withdrawals for the tournament!"
