CHAPTER 4

"Come on cousin, I'm just doing this for a friend, he just want to know about Miss Lisa Manobal. I am really close to this person and he helped me before when I was kicked from our family. I assure you that he is a good person" Gabriel is talking to his cousin who happens to be Lisa's manager.

"Gab, I just can't do that. You know that confidentiality among us managers and artists are very important. I'm dead if I give you information about my artist where about. If your friend is really sincere in getting to know Lisa, then let him wait. Lisa will have a concert in Paris in 2 weeks that will be after her Amsterdam concert. Maybe I can arrange for them to meet. That's the least that I can do , Gab" Manager Oppa said to his cousin.

"Holy, queen of mercy! That is daebak, Cous! Thank you so much, I will tell this to my friend." Gab cut off the line after giving his thanks to his cousin.

At the Arnault's building..

Frédéric is having a very busy afternoon. There are a lot of papers to be signed and contracts to be reviewed. He's taking a small break when suddenly her phone rings.

"Hey, Frédéric! I have great news for you!!" Gab said on the phone.

" oh , hello to you too Gab! Zup? "Frédéric answered.

"Look, I ask for my cousins help and you will not believe it. Your girl Lisa is the idol that my Cousin manage." Gab excitedly said to Frédéric.

Upon hearing the news , Frédéric stood up from his chair. He doesn't know how to feel. He's nauseous and his hands are sweating.

" Tell me about it, Man. " Frédéric said softly.

"So, lady Lisa Manobal is my cousin's idol. She is now having her tour or concerts. In 2 weeks Frédéric, you will see Miss Lisa in person. My cousin will try to have both of you meet since I told him that you are dearest to me and a very great friend." Gab told Frédéric.

"I don't know what to say or how to thank you, Gab. I owe you one buddy" Frédéric said.

" C'mon man, what are friends for right? By the way I got to hang up now. I'm still marinating my wild duck, business first buddy! Goodluck! Bye!!" Gab. 

"bye, Man! Thank you so much" Frédéric said.

Frédéric's having mixed emotions, he is excited yet anxious about what's going to happen during the meeting. This is the first time that he is feeling this way towards a woman. At night before going to bed, Frédéric will search the news about Lisa. On his way to work, he will listen to Lisa's songs. This is a weird feeling that needs to be confirmed, that what he said to himself.

After a long day at work, Frédéric went home. Their pool was newly cleaned and the water was changed. He is tempted to swim but he's too lazy to go up to his room and change to his swimwear. So he decided to just sit on the reclining chair on the veranda. He didn't notice that he fell asleep listening to Lisa's song on his phone. Mr. Arnault arrived and saw his son in the veranda. He tapped Frédéric's shoulder to wake him up when suddenly Frédéric's phone fell down. Mr. Arnault picked it up and saw Frédéric's wallpaper. He saw a gorgeous young lady as his son's wallpaper. He is very close to Frédéric and he knows him very well. So he wake him up.

"Frédéric Arnault, get your ass up. We need to talk" Mr. Arnault said in a high pitch voice.

"Dad???" To Frédéric's surprised he fell down as well.

"Get up child and meet me in my study room! we need to talk!" Mr. Arnault said leaving Frédéric anxious and confused.

Frédéric fixed himself and followed his father. He knocks and enters the study room. He have no idea what this is all about, his father motioned him to take a seat and Frédéric followed.

His father is still looking at his phone when suddenly his father speaks.

"Who is this woman?!" Mr. Manoban said

These are the words that made Frédéric freeze. He has no clue why all of a sudden his father asks this to him.

"Wha..What do you mean Dad?" Frédéric is literally shaking of fear

"I am asking you if you are attracted to a singer? Are you?" Frédéric's dad asked him again for the second time

"I...I.. " Frédéric cannot say a word besides from I.. He is almost going to fall down when he felt a hand on his shoulder. Neither of them noticed that Mrs. Arnault is listening to their conversation. When she noticed his son's situation she held Frédéric's shoulder.

"What's wrong if he's attracted to a singer? Dad, Frédéric is still our son and we will support him no matter what. Right?" Mrs. Arnault said.

"And it doesn't matter if you're attracted or dating a singer, you can date whoever you want, okay?" His Mom added.

"Hmm.. I never imagined one of my children would be dating outside the business industry. But son, yes even if you date a singer, I will support and love you" Frédéric's father said.

The two of them were really touch and surprise to what Mr. Arnault said.

Frédéric's father sat down on the couch with his wife.

"Dad, Mum yes I am attracted to her" Frédéric said to his parents.

"We know kid, and now tell me who that lovely lady on your wallpaper " Mr. Arnault teased his son.

Frédéric is red as a ripe tomato and.

"Mum Dad, that is Lisa Manobal, my future wife" Frédéric said.

The whole night they're talking about Frédéric's plan of meeting Lisa in her concert. Jean arrived and engaged himself in the conversation. He encourages Frédéric to message Lisa on instagram as a starter.
