"Alright, that's it. I'm out" Herta said quickly walking away. Her puppet stopped outside the door, but her consciousness moved to the other side of the ship.

"She's quick" The black haired male commented, his eyes following Herta. As Rangi watched the Genius Society member's mind travel to another doll, he felt a faint throbbing in the back of his head. He perfectly understood why he got a headache all of a sudden. His eyes were uncovered, meaning he was using his eyesight to its fullest. Since it was rather tiring, he naturally felt the effects of harnessing it for too long

"Looks like we will have to continue without madam Herta" Himeko said with a sigh and shook her head. Welt looked even more on guard now that Herta was gone. Rangi simply crossed his arms, waiting for them to speak

"Can I ask first?" Welt looked at Himeko for approval. When she nodded, he looked at Rangi "How much control do you have over yourself now?"

"Probably 99%, grandpa" The 'younger' male said nonchalantly. His words caused Himeko to involuntarily let out a chuckle as Welt turned white. Rangi felt proud of himself for finding a sensitive spot so quickly, even though it was rather obvious that Mr. Yang was not young

"Welt is not that old" Himeko said, putting her hand on Welt's shoulder, trying to comfort him. The 'older' male cleared his throat and fixed himself, quickly getting himself together after this critical hit

"I was just joking" Rangi shrugged. It was actually hard to tell if he was really joking or not, seeing how he never bothered to change his tone of voice. He just thought it was troublesome. Speaking of troublesome, Rangi felt his headache increase in strength

"Let's go back to the subject" After all, it's a serious matter" Welt said, putting both of his hands on his cane, his glasses shining for a moment. Himeko nodded and looked at Rangi who was silently fighting with an uncomfortable pain in his head

"I know it may be hard for you, but can you guarantee us that you won't hurt anyone when you don't have full control over yourself?" Himeko put her hand on her heart. Rangi opened his mouth to speak, but the navigator still had a few words to say "I understand that this energy you carry is a heavy burden on your heart, but deep down I know you are stronger than this, so please, don't lose hope and think about the answer"

After Himeko's statement, Rangi kept his mouth shut, unsure on what to say. It was like she knew what to say to touch Rangi's locked heart. Seeing his silence, Himeko and Welt decided to give him some space and leave. Meanwhile Rangi had a lot to think about.

Could he really guarantee something like this? He knew that thanks to the contract he made with Elio, he wouldn't hurt Stelle, but what about the others? First of all, he barely knew them, so he couldn't even talk about recognizing them in his inebriated state...

"Words really do cut deeper than any weapon" Rangi heard a muffled words right next to him. A black cat carrying a cloth in its mouth was sitting beside him. It put down the material and looked at the male. "Cover your eyes before you faint. I still need to talk with you"
