Eren has sealed the outer wall, Step one completed. I looked towards Armin, why is he looking down at the edge of the wall? I see him raise his ODM Blade into the air, getting Erwin's attention as I run over to him.
Zach: What's wrong Armin?
Armin: They're still here, Reiner and them are still here.
He points down at the black marks that look like... ash? Looks recent too. That sends Erwin and myself on Alert, Armin meanwhile is sending under his temporary command out and scowering the walls and city. I watch the ruins of the city, seeing green dots zip around checking buildings, letting out a sigh as Mikasa and Eren return to my side.
Mikasa: Zachie, You alright?
Eren: Zachie?
The Male shifter lets out a laugh at Mikasa's nickname for our friend, Mikasa puts her hands on Zach's cheeks, checking him over almost like a mother.
Zach: Mika, I'm fine, just confused is all. Like where are Reiner and Bertholdt? If what Armin showed me is to be believed, they can't be far.
She lets out her own sigh as she steps back to look out to the city as well. One of Armin's men come up to him and inform him that the City itself is clear, the soldier zips off after he was told something. Wait... why is he hitting the wall with his blades?
???: I found someth- GAK!
A cape of green starts falling to the ground, it's wielder falling under it. Reiner emerges from the gap, his face reads both confusion and shock, before his eyes widen upon being impaled by a ODM Blade, and it's stoic wielder Levi Ackerman. I sprint off in their direction leaving Eren and Mikasa behind. I jump off the edge of the wall as a flash of yellow lightning hit mid air, Levi just berely escaping the radius. In it's place, the thing that took my parents from me, no the PERSON that took them from me.
I zip through the city, attaching my hooks to buildings, a single emotion on my heart and mind: Rage. Rage at this pretender, this monster, his 'Friend'.
Zach: REEEEIIIINNNNNEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!!!!!
