Songs: none (sorry 😭)
A/N - Sorry for the late post. I just don't really like this episode and I didn't realize how much until I started writing. Anyways, enjoy :)

"Did I just hear you right?" Ileana asked Emma in shock.
The older woman was nervous as hell. The teen knew because all of her nervous ticks were appearing. There is no way that she is dating Coach Tanaka. This has to be a joke. Right?
"Um, yeah. You heard me correctly. He asked me out and I said yes." Emma nervously smiled. Ileana's jaw dropped, and her breathing seemed to pick up ever so slightly.
She can't date that creep. She can't. What would happen if he came here? Or worse, he lives here. What if... No. This can't be happening.
Ileana stood up from the couch where they were having their gossip session before Auntie E dropped the dating bomb on the sophomore.
"But, what about making fun of him? Or his lame attempts to ask you out? What was so different this time?" Ileana rambled, getting nervous. Why is she getting nervous? She's rarely nervous like this.
"I don't know, Ana. I just want to take a chance on him." Emma took Ileana's hand, which calmed the teen down. Slightly. "Can you take a chance on him?" The older woman asked.
"Yeah. Sure." Ileana mumbled. The guidance counselor seemed to be okay with the teen's answer, as Emma gave her a soft smile before getting up off the couch.
"I'm going to go make dinner. Call me if you need anything." Aunt Emma said before walking into their kitchen.
Ileana leaned back and closed her eyes. Why is this her life, huh? Why does she have to be nervous about this? She should be happy for her aunt.
But I'm not.

"Five, six, seven, eight."
Mr. Schue was leading the Glee Club through the steps for their new number. The steps that he obviously choreographed. Honestly, Ileana could do much better than what they were doing.
Quinn had stopped dancing next to Ileana and the girls exchanged a look. It wasn't just the redhead who thought this number was stupid.
"Could we stop, please?" Rachel thankfully asked Mr. Schue. The Spanish teacher turned around to look at the diva annoyed.
"You don't have to ask me every time for permission to go to the bathroom, Rachel, you can just go."
"It's not my bladder." The brunette said. "It's the choreography."
"Okay, what's wrong with the choreography?" Mr. Schue asked. Everything is wrong with the choreography.
"We can't compete with Vocal Adrenaline with these steps. You're a great vocal coach, Mr. Schue, but... you're not a trained choreographer. That's what we need to be the best. We need Dakota Stanley."
Mr. Schue scoffed. "Just because he understudied doesn't mean he ever performed."
"Did you ever perform, Mr. Schuester?" Quinn asked. Low blow, Quinn, low blow. "After high school. Did you even try?"
Mr. Schue seemed to deflate like a sad balloon as he said nothing else. Quinn really did a number on his self-esteem. It was pitiful, really.
"I'm- I'm going to call an early meeting, guys. I'll see you tomorrow." The Spanish teacher clapped as the rest of the club stood around in slight shock.
