"Bhabhi sa let's click more." Amrita proposed raising the phone with selfie stick while capturing the sitting vihaan behind who was drenched in yellow paste from head to toe.Well.... Today is haldi ceremony of the younger couple or we can say Pitthi Dastoor. The entire garden area is decorated with yellow flowers coordinating the attires for the function. And all the relatives from close ones to far one's are invited for Vihaan's marriage, once again.
As per the rituals Vihaan had been coated with the turmeric paste by the ladies of the house and his cousins, for him to glow separately in his wedding. Though it's a ritual of an hour or something but youngsters are planning to blast the event and have full fledged fun for the whole day.
But before that they thought to click some candid moments together to create memories.
"Sit properly Bhai sa. I am gonna send these pictures to Diya Bhabhi. So you have to look handsome." Amrita asserted angling the camera for better view as she has to fit around 10 to 15 figures in one frame, which includes her siblings, cousins, Vihaan's close friends and Leena and Nithya.
"Haa.... Aur vaise bhi aise time pe Diya ko tumhari acchi shakal hi dekhni chahiye. Bigadi hui nhi." The advice suggested by Kritika left everyone confused as they craned their neck to the centre of group where she was standing.
( Yes....... And moreover, at this time, Diya should only see your nice face not the spoiled one. )
Upon feeling so many eyes on herself, she realised the gravity of her words and flickered her lashes rapidly to come out with some convincing excuse.
"Agar Diya ka man badal gaya to?? Iski chachundar jaisi shakal dekh ke. Tumhare Bhai sa to phir kunware reh jayenge na...." Her comment gained a huge round of laughters from the people around her who thought she said all that to tease Vihaan.
( What if Diya changes her mind?? Seeing his mole-like appearance. Your brother will remain a bachelor again........ )
Meanwhile, Vihaan narrowed his eyes walking towards her leaving the specially decorated seat. Rolling his eyes at those laughing hyenas in the name of friends, he went and stood close to her before muttering as low as he could in her ears.
"Was it necessary to make me the scapegoat? You could have come up with something nice."
Giving him a forced smile in return, she copied his action.
"Hmm.... Ye sahi hai. Baap tum bano...... Aur Bali ka Bakra kisi aur ko banau?"
( Hmm..... That's nice. You become the father and someone else becomes the scapegoat? )
He stood there stupefied while she walked away gracefully after shutting him up. His eyes fell on a plate full of turmeric powder and a mischievous glint swirled across his eyes.
Kritika was sitting in the middle of Leena and Anshika on the sofa when a giggling Aman approached them.
"Can I have my pretty Bhabhi sa for a second ladies?" He exclaimed streching his hand out before Kritika making her look weirdly at him. She finally placed her hand on his after giving him a thoughtful look for a few seconds.
Aman pulled her abruptly and twirled her around by her hand.
"Sorry Bhabhi sa...." He atoned when she gained a little stability. Before Kritika could ask him the reason behind his apology, he stood aside and a bundle of yellow colour mixed with flower petals was thrown at her, leaving her all dusted in dry turmeric powder.
