Formation of thermal springschange
Thermal hot waters originate from the mantle . Water leaking from the earth warms up in these areas. They emerge from tectonic fault areas or volcanic areas. This type of water is called vadose water . It is thought that some thermal waters come to the surface for the first time since the formation of the world and that they have not participated in the water cycle before. These waters are called juvenile waters . Juvenile waters are mostly found in volcanic areas [3] . Juvenile waters coming from the depths are warmer and contain more dissolved mineral matter.
The intense work tempo and stress caused by crowded cities in developed countries cause working efficiency and production to decrease. In this case, tourism is encouraged in order to protect human health and increase work efficiency and production. Efforts are made to benefit from the sun, sea, clean air, healing waters, environment and climate opportunities. People have been using thermal springs since ancient times to benefit from their therapeutic properties.

Reasons such as the aging of the world population, the fact that thermal tourism can be done all year round, the long duration of thermal treatment, and today's people moving away from the chemical treatment methods of modern medicine are the main factors in the development of thermal tourism.
