When I see Anise sitting next to Knox. I feel upset. He's on the phone. I know that Anise will talk to Shayla. Nope. Shayla is on her phone. Then I saw this flabbergasted face on Anise after she saw what Knox had on his phone. I want to know what it is.

I have always known that Knox is a bad boyfriend. During the summer I don't see Knox hanging out with Anise often. Anise was outside thumping her tennis balls against the fence and dribbling her basketball on her basketball court.

I want to join her but, I know she hates me. She doesn't know this though. I love her. I was waiting patiently until something went bad between Knox and Anise. I wanted to show Anise I was a better boyfriend. After all, she is so different in my eyes now, I look at the white tulips. It is still holding strong since the dinner party just last year I believe.

I remember when I was chasing after her until she forgave me. Now I can only see Anise giving me flowers on my porch. Maybe it's my love for Anise that makes the flower stay strong. I waited for the flower to die off so I could get a new one from Anise. Nope, it's still strong.

I look at the flowers. I sniffed it. I SNIFFED IT like my parents did. It smells like her. I was watching Anise from my window when I heard thumping sounds again. There she was either playing basketball or tennis in her backyard. I look at her sunny brown eyes. Her long black hair.

During baking and pastry, she wanted to move. She moved next to me. Shayla took her seat and  Knox smiled. Anise feels so infuriated. Is it the time when Knox and Anise broke up? I was waiting for this moment. I look at Anise's head. She was already looking at Knox. I feel sorry for her.

After that moment I think their friendship is falling apart. Shayla sat next to some weird girls while Anise was laughing and smiling. I look at her smile and laugh. Scott nudged me. I look at Scott. He gave a grin and raised his eyebrows at me. Scott now knows I have a crush on Anise. Every time I look at Anise, he mocks me.

Anise is being praised a lot this year. She is so pretty now, she is friends with Kate Blowy, one of the hot girls in the school. Anise becoming the next legend in our school. She won the Math Counts, she won the championship round for a robot fighting competition. Like what can't she do?

Shayla came up to Anise during the seminar. They look at her in disgust. Honestly, I would too. She came over to them begging for them to let her get back in the group. She begs and begs, but no one cares. She looks stupid right now.

During baking and pastry, Anise gathered the ingredients in baking and pastry while I stared at her. I have no dishes yet to wash so I just look at them. She looked at me for a moment and looked away. I feel sad, is she going to ignore me? She looked at me and waved. I smiled and waved back. I smiled. I combed my hair and rubbed my eyes. After looking at her my eyes feel itchy,

"Tucker, wash your hands. You touched your face" she said.

"It's fine, it's just little germs," I said.

"It's not," she said.

She looks at me with a smile. I can't resist her smile now.  I listen to her and wash my hands. My other two partners mixed ingredients. Anise grabbed the mixing bowls and measuring spoon and placed them in the sink.

Her body was touching mine when she placed the bowls in the sink. I look at her face. She doesn't look at mine. I felt her presence, it's very close to me. I watch her wait for the snickerdoodles to finish baking.

I finished washing the dishes. I look at her. She was minding her own business. I looked away before she saw me. The table was messy so she grabbed washcloths to wipe the table down. As she walks toward the table, I look at her. Her curves, her face, her hair. She looked at me with a sharp blank expression. Then looked away.
