The employee spoke, but his dark eyes were fixed on his laptop screen. His fingers weren't moving, and his eyes seemed to be unfocused, which shocked that employee. He knew how much his boss hated ignorance and carelessness in his work. Then why was he himself unfocused today?

"Mr. Kim.." He called out, but still, he didn't avert his eyes.
He seemed to be in a terrific mood as that employee could feel the frightening and cold aura emitting him.

"Mr. Kim.." he raised his voice a little bit, making him snap out to reality and looked at the person before his desk

"Did you just raise your voice at me.."

That employee trembled feeling shiveres on his entire back at his sudden terrifyingly cold and deep voice.

"S.. sorry, sir.. you were z..zoning out.."
Hearing his own words, he looked at his boss with wide eyes who was already glaring at him.

Taehyung's jaw clenched. He was trying to focus on his work from morning, but those doe innocent eyes were invading his thoughts and mind all the time.. and now hearing someone voicing out that thing made him angry at the highest level..
The employee shook his head, internally cursing and slapping himself.

"Looks like you're tired of working here."

"No.. no...sir..I..I..wa-"

"Out..."
his voice was cold and firm, making that employee lower his head.

"F..from here.. O..or c.. company.. "
At the end of his words, the employee flinched hearing the loud bang sound as Taehyung just shut his laptop hardly while murdering the poor creature with his glare.

Jimin, who just stepped inside his office, raised his eyesbrows up to his forehead while watching that scene which he undoubtedly found hilarious. He walked in.

"Leave for now, " Jimin told that employee who rushed out internally thanking and praising Jimin. Jimin looked at his best friend, who was rubbing his temple with hardened features.

"Woah.. Did I just witness The Kim Taehyung zoning out while working.. " Jimin said, sitting on the chair in front of his desk. Taehyung's jaw tightened again.

"For fuck sake, not now Jimin, " Taehyung snapped getting up from his sit and walking towards the cabinet. Jimin snorted, when he saw him pouring a drink.

"What happened?"

Taehyung didn't respond, chugging away the whole glass of fine wine.

"You can tell me buddy, I might help, "

Taehyung scoffed hearing his words as without even looking, he could see Jimin passing him a wink.

"She went to her father's home..." he replied curtly as Jimin frowned his brows swinging the chair, watching Taehyung pouring another drink for himself.

"What about that?"

Taehyung's glass stopped near his mouth as he replied before gulping,

"She left, cause we had a fight some days ago, "

Jimin's head snapped towards him in disbelief hearing him. His mouth half opening before in a second he burst into laughter, making Taehyung look at him in confusion.

"What are you both.... toddlers..." he spoke through his laugh which made Taehyung grit his teeth and shot him a glare.

"That's not funny, " he spat, glaring at him as Jimin bite his lips, nodding along.
