"If you play Big Time Rush's All I Want for Christmas one more time I'm going to smack you," Sarah glared at her sister.

The two girls were walking towards their gate at the airport, ready to head to London to spend Christmas together. It was a tradition that the girls head, since it was just them. They both just loved the idea of having a London Christmas and it ever got old. So, every year, they packed their bags and spent December in London and returned at some point in January.

"Santa won't you bring me the one I really need, Won't you please bring my baby to me?" Summer sang dramatically, twirling around the airport.

Sarah groaned, shoving her sister away. Summer giggled as they settled down to wait for their flight. She glanced down at her phone with a small smile, watching as the song began to repeat. She was a sucker for Big Time Rush. Sue her!

She furrowed her eyebrows as Kit's contact picture appeared on her phone. She tugged the earphone out of Sarah's ear before putting it in her own, clicking on answer.

"Whatever Annie told you I just need you to know that she started it," Summer said instantly, having a feeling that the call was likely going to be about her fight with his girlfriend.

"Why did you have to do all this?" Kit asked her, sounding breathless.

"Do what?" Summer asked him.

"Everything," Kit huffed, "You did all this stuff and now I've hurt a girl who was really good for me. I mean, Annie did have every right to be mad at me. I never took her side even though I should have. But instead, it was always you who I sided with and now Annie and I are done."

Summer felt her stomach drop. While she knew that she was sort of in the wrong, she also knew that she hadn't done anything to start all of it. She released some music and it was him who asked her who it was about. It was his and no doubt Annie's curiosity that caused them to start talking again.

Summer clenched her jaw, giving her sister a look. "I didn't make you break up with your girlfriend, Kit. In case you didn't notice, every interaction we've had has always been initiated by you."

"But I wanted to break up with her," Kit told her, "Because I know you're here, and you're coming, and it was about me. The songs were about me."

"You could have left it alone," Summer argued, standing up and beginning to walk to some place more quiet, "You didn't need to ask me. You could of easily lied to Annie and said that you asked me about it and that they weren't about anyone you knew. You wanted to call me. You wanted me. That's not my fault."

"You've fucked with my head since that phone call!" Kit pushed.

"I haven't done anything!" Summer snapped, "You called me. I never once initiated any interaction with you because I was respecting the fact that you had a girlfriend. Everything that has happened has been a result of your actions. You called me. You commented on my photos. You broke up with your girlfriend. I did nothing."

"How can you even say that?!" Kit scoffed.

"Because it's true and you know it!" Summer defended herself, "I thought we were fine Kit. I gave you the option and I assumed you picked Annie. You have no right to get mad at me for your feelings."

"We aren't fine, Summer!" Kit yelled, "Because I still love you and you had the nerve to write all these dumb songs about me. What am I supposed to do with that?"

Summer paused, "You were the one who asked. You could have pretended that they were about anyone else."

"I wanted them to be about me," Kit sighed, "I wanted you to fight for me... Why didn't you want to stay with me?"

"I don't know what you want me to do, Kit," Summer told him, "You're fighting me for something that you know isn't only my fault."

There was a long pause. Summer had tears filling her eyes as she replayed his words. All this time, she had focused on herself and her side of everything but she never even thought about his own time. She had been the one to break up with him. She had left him alone to pursue her own career. She never really thought about how it all affected him because she was so caught up in how it effected her.

"What do you want me to do?" Summer asked him softly.

"Maybe," Kit said quietly, "Maybe you shouldn't see me while you're here."

"Okay," Summer nodded her head with a frown, "If that's what you want."

"I think it is," Kit breathed out, "For now."

"Okay," Summer repeated, "Merry Christmas, I guess."

Summer hung up the phone and made her way back to where her sister was waiting with worried eyes. The girl frowned, feeling tears fill her eyes as she replayed her conversation with Kit. Sarah didn't say anything as Summer curled into her side, burying her head in the crook of her neck so no one else would see her tears despite knowing that they likely would have heard her fight over the phone.

"You okay?" Sarah asked her softly.

"I hate Christmas," was all Summer said, pushing her headphones in her ears and skipping her favourite Christmas song.
